Na Hotel

Positives: The staff were so lovely, really accomodating and kept the room nice and clean, and so I feel bad writing anything bad Let us leave our luggage early and after check out Let us also check in earlier and leave later Negatives: - the place is definitely not a 4 star hotel - first night we had the heater on and when I plugged in the hairdryer to use it, it tripped all of the lights even in the other guests rooms, we had no power till the next morning (which was okay as this happened late at night, but yes do not use the hair dryer or have heater on at the same time) - second night there was a problem with the hot water so no hot water but the lady was very accomodating and said if we wanted a hot shower her husband could drive us to another hotel - and then it was working the next day again very early All in all we enjoyed our stay, just there were a few hiccups that were resolved.

The view is nice and the decor is also very nice however the sewage didn’t work and we had a very unpleasant experience with it, we arrived at night and the room was freezing, it is NOT A HOTEL, there is no front desk. The cleaning ladies are very nice. The electricity system was terrible, if u connected things the light would go out.

I am disabled and I fell at Cancun airport. The fall caused me to miss my connecting flight. So I got delayed by 1 day. I asked the hotel to please change my reservation from 1/1/26 to 1/2/26 but the hotel would not change the reservation. I pleaded for a refund since they could not change the reservation, since I had an accident, and they told me there was no way they would give me a refund (room was prepaid) and they were rude and condescending

Unfortunately, there were insects and a lot of dirt on the bed. No reception was available, and after we contacted them, there was no response at all. This was after we upgraded the room and paid extra money. We asked them to come and handle this and move us to another room (the hotel was not at full capacity), but they didn't give us any response or alternative option. We had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Among other issues, the rooms are not soundproof, and we could hear everything happening in other rooms when walking through the corridor.
