My wife and I stayed too nights. Lovely hotel with good rooms and very good location. Absolutely terrible experience at breakfast. We had the so called "American Breakfast" included with our room. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived at 07:55. Our breakfast arrived just before 08:30. I ordered cornflakes with fruit - turned out to be one strawberry on top - no additional items were permitted with the American Breakfast without extra charge. My wife ordered an egg dish which was okay. After the 35 minute wait, she asked for another cup of tea. Amazing answer - a second cup is not permitted with the American Breakfast unless you pay extra. Very shoddy service and quality, and totally unexpected.

Very nice boutique hotel, with nice and spacious rooms. I'm not a fan on carpets on the floor but that's just my personal opinion. The location is perfect and it's nice and quiet. Only minus is that breakfast only includes one cup of coffee which seems a bit strange in a 4 star hotel, but would definitely stay there again.
Service is excellent and ambiance is very nice, but I found the spa experience to be way overpriced for the value delivered. I booked the jacuzzi for an hour ($1000 MXN!) and while it’s a nice spacious tub, it had rings of dirt along the side, the water cooled off to lukewarm quickly, and the jets were super intense and I had no button to switch them off. Staff were responsive, but couldn’t really help the situation. I ended up ending my session early so I could warm up with a hot shower 🤷♀️
This hotel is the pinnacle of service, beauty, elegance and convenience. The staff go out of their way to be of service. It is pricey, there is no doubt about that, but it truly embodies what a boutique hotel should be. They took care of ALL of our travel needs with precision. Ask for a room on upper floors (2 or 3)
Id give 5 stars if the staff knew some minimum English words like towels , baggage and soap. I t was unbelievable that so many front desk staff knew any basic English words. Thanks to Christie and one young man who were most helpful and spoke fluent English. The rooms are wonderful. Great layout. Beautiful and efficient entry The hotel restaurant was not impressive though. The cocktails were ok but the food left a lot to be desired The massage area is superb. Offelia was great and understood me but lotion needs to be offered along with oil One thing needed is much larger robes In The rooms. They are tiny. I never saw such small robes in any global hotel
