Carlos is an excellent guide that really gets to know the needs, limitations, and personality of the group. His knowledge of the area is extensive...knowing about hidden gems as well as things you might want to avoid. He is a pleasure to be with, a good driver, and we were so very comfortable in his lovely vehicle. His communication with us was top notch! I would highly recommend Carlos to enhance your experience and comfort while traveling.

We had an amazing tour with Carlos. His knowledge of the area was impressive and his fun personality made for a great time. He showed us so many hidden gems and unexpected places. FANTASTIC experience!! Carlos was amazing and very knowledgeable about all things Salzburg. We did the 8 hour private tour and were blown away at all the places he took us
When you wait years to make a trip to Austria, you hold your breathe til it becomes a reality…. This experience did NOT disappoint. Guide, Michael, asked what we needed & had additional plans! A family of teens and adults brought challenges, but he was ready for it! The landscape itself is beautiful enough. But the information & fun tips were an added bonus. I can’t rate any higher. The hills are alive!
Our family had the most amazing experience with our tour guide Carlos, and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. From start to finish, Carlos went above and beyond to ensure that our tour was informative, enjoyable, and memorable. First and foremost, Carlos demonstrated an incredible depth of knowledge about all of the destinations we visited. He was extremely well-prepared and delivered fascinating insights about the history, culture, and significance of each location we visited, and there were many! His storytelling skills were exceptional, making every stop along the tour come alive with vivid details and captivating anecdotes. What truly set Carlos apart was his enthusiasm and passion for his work. It was evident that he genuinely loved what he did and took great pride in sharing his expertise with us. His enthusiasm was infectious, and it made the entire experience even more engaging and enjoyable. It was clear that he had a deep appreciation for the places we visited, which made us feel a deeper connection and appreciation as well. Throughout the tour, Carlos displayed excellent communication skills. He was very attentive to our questions, providing clear and concise explanations. His ability to adapt to our needs and preferences was commendable, ensuring that everyone felt included and had an exceptional experience. Furthermore, his organizational skills were top-notch. He carefully planned the itinerary, allowing for a well-paced and seamless flow from one location to the next. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and there was always enough time to explore and savor each destination fully. Beyond his knowledge and professionalism, Carlos also demonstrated a genuine care for the well-being and comfort of our entire family. His friendly and approachable demeanor created a warm and welcoming atmosphere as if he was part of our family. In summary, Carlos exceeded all of our expectations, and we all wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for an exceptional tour experience. His knowledge, passion, communication skills, and genuine care of our family made the journey truly unforgettable. We are all extremely grateful for the memories created and the outstanding service provided by Carlos. And not only are we grateful, but so is an elderly gentleman who was having lunch behind us who began to choke on his food and was saved by Carlos who quickly jumped out of his seat and started performing the heimlich maneuver on the gentleman. Again, and experience we will NEVER forget.
