Wellness Hotel Ebner`s Waldhof Am See

Hotel is on great and quiet location, on a large ground with many spaces to rest or sport outside. Every day there is some program for guests, everything is possible to book via Waldhoff app. Professional staff with sence for a detail is always ready to help you, give you a smile and ask you if everyting is OK. Rooms are comfortable, with sufficient space (evauated standard double room in Stammhaus), comfortable beds, clean bathroom, sufficient private on a balcony. Food, it is a chapter itself - from the morning till the evening there was nothing to claim even we were the whole week in the hotel. Attentive and helpful waitresses and waiters even they were realy busy sometimes during the dinner time. Be warned, the hotel is very addictive - once you visit, you will want to come back; not only that the owners has a really good hotel but also there is really great team.

We had a wonderful family stay at Waldhof Fuschlsee Resort. The location by the lake is beautiful, the staff were friendly and professional, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety every day. The rooms were comfortable, and the wellness facilities were very relaxing. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

The grounds here are beautiful. That’s the only good thing I can say. Did you know that they don’t have air conditioning or FANS at this hotel? No fans in the rooms. No fans in the dining room. No fans in the gym. If it’s hot out prepare to roast with absolutely no relief. Also expect to be rudely asked to prove you are a guest on a regular basis by the same old guy every day. Maybe he’s the owner as he wasn’t wearing anything to suggest he works there. Not welcoming at all. If you are a family of five, steer clear. They’re going to jam you into a small dinner table and then get annoyed if you mention that you think five people should have five places to sit. Also expect to dress up at dinner and to hav the dress code selectively enforced so that you have to go change while other people wearing the same are seated no problem. Beautiful place best avoided if you care at all about the quality of service or food. Apparently there is a new head chef. If this is better then I can’t imagine how bad it was before. Edit: the owner has responded with untrue information. We absolutely were put at a table for four people even though we were five people. Also the card check was not at the beach. And look at the picture of the dinner! Absolutely terrible food and it isn’t a matter of taste. Unless you think that buffet food and stale meals are awesome. Also only the cardio area is air conditioned and they close it entirely when there is yoga class. When there is yoga you can’t go in the cardio area. The weight room is not air conditioned at all and it has no fan Staff looked miserable

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The hotel was spotless, and very well maintained. The view was absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of our stay. The facilities were outstanding, including a private beach, beautiful swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, a relaxing spa, a kids’ club, and plenty of activities for both adults and children. Everything was well organized and designed to make guests feel comfortable and entertained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all included, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food every day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
