We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am very disappointed with my stay. For a hotel in this price range, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. We stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, due to a traffic accident, we arrived very late on the first night. Of course, I understand that this was not the hotel’s responsibility. However, on the following day, our key cards repeatedly stopped working. They did not provide access to the spa, sauna, and other areas that should have been available to us. We constantly had to ask staff for assistance or walk to the reception in our swimwear to have the cards reactivated, which was both inconvenient and embarrassing. This should not happen in a hotel of this standard. The most disappointing moment came when I asked if my card could be activated for the upper pool area so I could at least visit it briefly and take a few photos, as I had been unable to access it throughout my stay because of the card issues. My request was refused without any effort to find a customer-friendly solution. Considering the amount we paid for our stay, I found this response extremely unprofessional and lacking in hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor organization and an apparent lack of concern for guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, this experience significantly changed my opinion of the hotel, and I cannot say I would choose to return.

We stayed here for three nights during an Alpine driving trip, and it was one of the highlights of our vacation. The hotel is beautiful, with outstanding spa facilities, including multiple pools, saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after long days exploring the mountain roads. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety of fresh, healthy food along with plenty of local specialties. The mountain views are spectacular, and the location is ideal for exploring the surrounding Alpine roads and villages. Whether you’re looking for a wellness getaway or a comfortable base for touring Austria, I highly recommend this hotel. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to returning
