Nice located hotel, about 10-12 minutes walk to the river. The room was clean and in reasonable size. The only issue was the noise from the street beside us. The staff was friendly and the barman team was nice too. No parking around the hotel.
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome. They also kindly arranged connected rooms for our family and ensured we were all on the same floor, which made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient. The service was outstanding, and our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. The lobby has a wonderful atmosphere, making it a great place to relax. The location is excellent—you’re just steps away from the main street filled with cafés, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore everything Salzburg has to offer. Most importantly, we truly felt at home throughout our stay. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg.
We had a fantastic stay at the NH Collection Salzburg. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out — always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their kindness truly made us feel valued and well taken care of. The rooms were very comfortable, with excellent beds, thoughtful amenities, and a perfect balance of modern style and coziness that made us rest wonderfully after long days exploring the city. The location is superb — right in the heart of Salzburg, within walking distance to all the main attractions, the old town, and beautiful spots along the Salzach River. It couldn’t have been more convenient. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Salzburg. A great choice for both comfort and location! Thank you to the whole team for a memorable stay.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff in this conveniently located hotel that is a short walk from Mirabellplatz in one direction and Linzergasse in the other direction. Rooms are well appointed with helpful touches (water, coffee\tea, snacks) and the location is quiet. Nice bar area which stays open late and there's a little free snack\refreshment area for guests coming back from sightseeing etc When we were there they operated a scheme that rewarded guests with a free drink if they declined housekeeping on a day if staying multiple days. No cost safe in the room is also welcome. Overall a very pleasant stay and a good choice for a few days in Salzburg.
