The hotel is beautiful! We traveled all the way from New York and felt welcomed here. I want to give a special thanks to Raya, Marcel, and Julia. They are very great at customer service! All of the staff are great as well! I will be come back here again! The food was amazing!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location is simply breathtaking – surrounded by beautiful scenery and the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly professional, genuinely friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully managed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return. Highly recommended!
Excellent location in Alpendorf, which is a great ski area for families. A very short walk to the gondola. We also really liked the panorama swimming pool (adults only)! We stayed in the vis a vis building, which I would not recommend. The hotel shows beautiful modern pictures but the vis a vis building is really old. Also lots of noise from the streets during the night. We do believe that you would have a 5 star experience if you'd stay in the renovated part of the hotel, because that looks really nice. So yes I would absolutely recommend this hotel but only in the new renovated area.
Excellent stay. Hotel accessibility to Alpendorf is unmatched. Short walk to gondola to ski. Ski room to store equipment with boot warmers. Hotel food and service amazing. Wellness area is a dream come true. Perfect place to stay where you will not be bored or disappointed
Absolutely loved my 5 day stay at Hotel Berghof. The food was excellent and so were the spa facilities. The hotel has been designed and furnished to a very high standard. It is located very close to the main ski lift and there are ski rental facilities close by. Alpendorf lacks the charm of other Austrian ski resorts I’ve been to. There are no shops or cafes to wander to after skiing, however the luxury of the hotel more than made up for this small downside.
