Haus Katharina

We just came back from Haus Katharina and for sure we will miss the beautiful garden and pool. Exceptional hospitality from Katharina and her family, clean, cozy apartment with thoughtful touches and well-equipped kitchens. A magical garden with a natural pond for ultimate relaxation. During your stay you get free and convenient access to Alpentherme Gastein, perfect for relaxing after a hike. We definitely consider to stay here again in the future is we'll visit this area of Austria.

Thanks again for the host! We have spent wonderful time with my family before Christmas! I can just recommend this accomodation to everyone!

After two visits at the Haus Katharina, at two different apartments, I can say that it is by far the best accommodation I ever had. A lovely , friendly property owner. Very clean apartments. Offers a variety of facilities including also free entrances at the alpentherme throughout your stay. Everything in the property is well thought. It is evident that the owner has put a lot of love and affection at her property. Thank you for everything Katharina. We really hope to come back soon :).

Room was bit too small for 3 adults and 1 teenager. But additional value - unlimited visiting in Alpen Therme was amazing possibility. Beds were quite comfy. Skiing accesories keeping room was warm and good equipped. In general our experience was good. Bus stop is bit far away, when returning from skiing, you should climb small hill with skiing boots on... One star is less only for small apartament living room. Maybe another apartaments are bigger.
