This place is truly 5 star to stay for an eco friendly hotel. Only thing i didnt like no tea/ coffee or fridge if you want to store some fruit. Tea and coffee facilities have to pay extra, that is not good all rooms should be provided this. Otherwise hotel, staff environment is simply beautiful and so close to bus and train stations.
good breakfast, bathroom and room is very spacious and clean with great utilities. Wasn’t a fan with the chair swing in front of the TV but other than that. It was a great stay. Would recommend. Water pressure was nice as well
We stayed for 2 nights and overall had not bad experience. The hotel is clean, the bed linen and mattress were comfortable, and the location is excellent for exploring Salzburg. The Rituals cosmetics were also a very nice touch. At the same time, the hotel feels just one tiny step away from being really great. A kettle, a simple coffee machine, or a mini fridge would make a surprisingly big difference for guests staying more than one night. A few funny little design mysteries remain unsolved: the shower floor was so slippery it felt less like a bathroom and more like an ice ring, no power outlets in the bathroom, and the bathroom door seems to have a personal passion for dramatic exits, it’s on a spring and slams loudly every single time instead of simply staying open. Not ideal when two people are trying to get ready quickly in the morning marathon. The staff could also be a bit warmer. When we asked if we could leave our luggage after check-out, we got a very quick “no space” without much interest in helping further. It gave a slightly “efficient railway station energy” rather than hospitality vibes. Still, for a short city trip, it’s a stylish and comfortable enough option in a very convenient location.
Service, experience and quality price relation is 10/10. Starting by the location,I booked last minute and really wanted some place near Central station. This is 200m away and I arrived 12:30 am and personal was friendly and quick to provide the key. The feeling of a place comfortable clean and aesthetic was great even arriving so late. From that I sleep well, they have a great Curtains to avoid all the light of Street. The amenities are good quality and that something to appreciate by the skin and hair. Early morning Thay had a great breakfast menu. Many healthy options, including vegetables, proteins options. By the check out personal super attentive, even service people was super kind. Really a great place to stay twice. I continue my road but hope there will be more often options like this in other cities. Thank you
Very conveniently placed next to both the train and bus station, and easily reached by bus from the airport (20 mins, bus number 2 or 10) the old town (Aldstatt) is a walkable 20 minutes away. If you need quiet for sleep, I would say the front rooms are quite noisy with road and train noise, so a request for a room at the back would help. Great service from the lovely helpful staff, with great rooms and facilities. Would definitely stay again
