The best apartment hotel I've ever stayed in. We were here in the summer, it wasn't crowded at all, there was always free space everywhere. The indoor pool is perfect when the weather is bad but also when it's good. The wellness area is impressive and is for adults only. With a sun terrace with saunas, a relaxation area. The restaurant is also good. The staff is nice and helpful, but the reception is only open until 6:00 PM. The simple 1-room apartment is not very big but it was comfortable for three people. The apartment equipment was perfect, a special bonus was that we received a starter kit, with dishwashing liquid, sponge, and washing machine capsules. There is a separate playroom for children. The location is great. We booked on the website, so the reservation came with a tourist card for the area. There are many programs in the area that are quickly accessible by car. Overall, a very good place.

A truly exceptional hotel, more than wonderful in every detail. Its location is fantastic, with a beautiful river and breathtaking views. The reception staff provided exceptional attention and care, and their unique way of dealing with guests was truly appreciated and respected. I especially thank Mr. Sebastian, Mr. Jakob, Mr. Magdalena, and Mr. Kevin, who upgraded my room to a very large and wonderful suite with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful view. Their service was much better than what I experienced at some other hotels in Zell am See. I am very grateful to them and will definitely visit again in the future

Carpe Solem was a beautiful and wonderful stay. Have nothing but great words for the apartments, facilities and the lovely and accommodating staff! Big shout out to Sebastien, Magdalena and Elisabeth - they were so friendly, attentive and helpful. They and the place made my birthday ski trip one to remember. The Mountain View’s from the apartment and local area was beautiful and everywhere in town was within a good walking distance.

We had the most amazing stay for 5 nights at the apartments. The views are unreal, The facilities are top notch, the staff are great especially Sebastian, Magdalena and Elisabeth. I can’t recommend enough. It’s also right next to the slopes!
