I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities that made my stay very comfortable. A special thank you to Alexandra and Alia for their warm welcome and professional service. I particularly appreciated Alia’s kindness and helpful attitude. I interacted with her twice, and on both occasions, she demonstrated genuine hospitality and excellent customer service. The room has a lovely balcony, which was one of my favorite features. Although there is no air conditioning, this was not an issue for me, as simply opening the balcony door provided enough fresh air, and I actually preferred it that way. I also appreciated having a bidet in the bathroom, which added to the comfort of my stay. The hotel offers secure parking, an Indian restaurant on the ground floor, a gym, a high-quality sauna, and a laundry room with washing machines. Another great advantage is that the hotel provides the Zell am See–Kaprun Summer Card, which is a fantastic benefit for exploring the area and enjoying local attractions. Please note that the reception is located at Avenida Mountain Lodges, which is just a short walking distance away and easy to reach on foot.

The location of 24 by Avenida Hotel & Residences in Kaprun is excellent, especially if you get a mountain-view apartment. We stayed as family of 2 adults 2 kids in a two-bedroom flat and really liked having private parking and an elevator with direct access to our floor. However, there were several challenges. There is no traditional reception, so most services are self-managed, although the WhatsApp support channel worked reasonably well when we needed assistance. Cleanliness was the main weakness for me. I would rate the room around 6/10 for cleanliness. They offered an additional cleaning after we raised the issue, which I appreciated, but the result was still below the standard I expected. I also did not find the overall amenities and service setup particularly professional, and some facilities did not appear to be operating as expected. Excellent location and apartment layout, but housekeeping and service standards need improvement.

I had a very nice stay at Hotel 24 By AvenidA. Everything was perfect and the room was prepared with all the items needed to make my stay comfortable. A special thank you to the receptionist Alia for her great attitude and for helping to direct us and provide important information about the area. Her assistance made our visit even better. I would gladly stay here again.

The apartment was clean, quite small for 5 persons, we were only 3, and was ok. However the sauna was out of order on the day of the arrival, it worked during our stay. This was our 3rd time at Avenida chain, and unfortunately the last one too, as I left my sweatshirt there, and payed in advance for the post, they messed up the address and it went back. They made us to pay again, eventhough it was not our fault, and we spent enough money there during the last 3 years to cover the cost of their fault. Very disappointing.
