Very bad Service and customer response! Book a private transfer from Bahia airport to Grand Palladium Imbasai hotel. The flight in which I arrived at the airport was delayed by 2 hours and a half from the one I had coordinated and hired in Despegar (page where I hired the Service) and the driver who had to transfer us was not only changed at the last minute, but also I did not know the other driver according to what he told us, I did not know the Enterprise Your Tour and I also did not know where the hotel was, so we had to guide him with our gps on the cell phone, generating a mistrust and fear that something will happen to us, that is, a situation of insecurity.
