Os problemas surgiram quando a agência alegou que eu só tinha comprado a ida para Boipeba pela Viator, quando claramente o anúncio do serviço diz "IDA E VOLTA", não "ida ou volta". Comprei justamente pois achei o custo beneficio bom pois minha amiga e eu cogitamos cancelar nosso airbnb em Boipeba e ficar em Salvador pelo custo de chegar em Boipeba. Quando achamos este serviço, demos como problema resolvido, e ficamos tranquilas. Mas quando fui marcar a volta, insistiram até ficar roxos que eu só tinha comprado a ida apesar do óbvio título do serviço, repito, dizer IDA E VOLTA. Como não sou boba e não tenho dinheiro para queimar, achei os preços da Your Tour Brasil no site próprio deles e eles cobram 680 reais por pessoa, ida e volta para Boipeba, porém continuaram alegando que, apesar de eu ter pago mais de 1500 reais, eu só tinha pago a ida. Continuaram insistindo para que eu lesse a descrição detalhada, o que já tinha feito e não dizia, como eles alegam, que era "só um trecho." Inclusive, na descrição eles mencionam a volta -- alem do titulo, dá a entender que a volta é incluída. Tambem alegaram que era problema "da tradução" da descrição-- ou seja, estavam culpando o cliente pela tradução, achei um absurdo imenso. Então me encontrei em Boipeba sem ter trajeto de volta e a extrema má fé das pessoas me atendendo e literalmente me ignorando no WhatsApp. Qualquer coisa que eu falava, eles retornavam com algum outro argumento, dando a entender que a burra sou eu que não entendi o anúncio que claramente diz "ida E volta." O salvamento foi a Viator que concordou com as minhas reclamações e me estornou metade do valor. Grata a pessoa que me atendeu pois expressei que não tinha dinheiro para voltar, e que tinha escolhido esse serviço especificamente por causa do custo benefício. Uma pena pois todos os funcionários são excelentes, mas achei essa troca de extrema má fé. Também achei um absurdo eles cobrarem o dobro do que eles cobram no site deles só pra CHEGAR em Boipeba pela Viator.

We made the semi-private transfer from Salvador to Boipeba in December 2019. The Service started with a boy waiting for us at the airport landing, followed by a transfer to Porto to board the ferry. We were scheduled to take the ferry from 12:30 and we were able to board earlier, at 12h. Another boy was waiting for us in Itaparica and took us to Valencia. Tbm was scheduled for us to pick up the boat at 16:00 and we got one at 15:00. We arrived at Boipeba at 16:00. All services were great and all staff very friendly and attentive. I recommend it to everyone! You will not regret the services!
