I would like to praise the translation and administrative staff, who were extremely attentive and careful all the time. From the beginning, they showed themselves worried, always sending messages to see if everything was okay. The van that looked for us was super modern, with air conditioning working well and a spacious trunk that quietly accommodated the luggage of all 19 people in our group. The driver was also very attentive and careful, in addition to going showing us a bit of the city until we reached the destination. I really liked the service and I'm sure. Second and last X in this ‘Hotel’, depreciated structure, lack of waiters in all areas, dirty pool, water with taste, main restaurant without varieties and quality of drinks that were once offered and now no more, for the amount paid for the stay I felt completely hurt. Besides the lack of employees for the care could count on the fingers the polite. Only positive point in the trip facilities of the Spa and recreation staff.

Very good, it could get better. The facilities are very good, lack maintenance. Service is good, there is no such thing as not speaking Spanish. The spa lacks maintenance and everything works, they have everything running "halfway" The evening shows are boring!!! Food lacks meat and chicken options, fish and seafood in abundance. The right drinks, Heineken line beer and Budweiser.

Nice location, however the lack of training of the staff of the bars and restaurant of the day to day is visible! A lot of waste and unequal finishes! Lack of training and good management! In the restaurants there is a night card, dishes that tbm leave well to be desired! A pity, as the experience could have been unforgettable!
