Salta: One-way Or Round Trip Airport Transfer

Vendor was not able to meet our time schedule. We requested a 10:30 AM pickup since we had a 12:35 PM flight. Vendor offered 11:10-11:15. We said that would not work, canceled the trip, and requested a refund. Since we got the timing information after the 24-hour cancellation deadline, vendor only offered a measly $4 refund on a $25 fare paid. Taking up the matter with our credit card company at this point.

The instructions on the voucher says we need to contact again for return trip so we thought this was a one way transfer so we booked a taxi which by the way is 5x cheaper than booking this. The wording is confusing. Next time make it clearer and just state this is a roundtrip transfer and separate the one way booking. Rip off.

I contacted the company the night before the booking to confirm they had the details to take me to the airport - they agreed and sent me a message to confirm in the arrangement . In the morning they turned up 45 minutes early and called me to say they were waiting outside the apartment - I had only just turned my phone on to see that earlier they sent a message to say they would be coming early! What was the point of confirming arrangements and then change it 2 hours prior to the original time? I was still asleep!!!

I travel very frequently and this was possibly the best pre-arranged taxi service I've ever experienced. They were on time, vans were clean and in great condition, and the drivers were so nice. I booked a roundtrip and communication for arrangements were very easy. Definitely recommend. And the cost is same as compared to getting one there. This was extremely convenient

We travel with Nordic from both airport <-> hotel and excursions. Super punctual and recommended. Good experience.

We made the Airport Hotel and Airport Hotel transfer with this company and three excursions, Cafayate, Salinas Grandes and finally the City Tour, all of them were very good. The guides and drivers with very good attention and knowledge to transmit, on 05/15 in Cafayate the guide was Angie who is excellent for all the information she provides and makes you spend a beautiful day and the driver Mauricio was super responsible. On 05/17 to Salinas Grandes the guide was Pablo, also very knowledgeable and makes the tour very entertaining, and the two drivers were also very good. Finally, on 05/18 we did the City Tour with the guide and driver Luis, who was also very knowledgeable and very friendly. We only had a small inconvenience with the purchase of one of the excursions, but this does not detract from the quality of the services they provide.

Everything went as agreed, they kept to schedule, were attentive and helpful, and the vehicle was clean and in good condition. Good price and easy to book. The company that provided the service was Nordic Travel.

We hire Airport-Hotel, Hotel-Airport transfers without knowing the company. They treated us very well. They fulfilled everything. Super recommended

My travel agency hired the transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. On the 1st transfer all well, but today on the transfer from the hotel to the Airport the experience was LOUSY!!! Micro without AA with 36° temperature, the first 8 seats could not be occupied because underneath one of them was a breathtaking nauseating smell!!! Older people were on the verge of collapse, they didn't know how to fan themselves. IT'S INHUMANE TO MOVE PEOPLE LIKE THEY'RE LIVESTOCK!!!

They didn't comply with the transfer back to the airport. They told me to take a remis and they never refunded my money. Miraculously I didn't miss the flight. They're fraudsters and they don't care about customers. Please contract with another Enterprise to scam you like me

We were waiting on time, very friendly, the only thing we thought was bus type and it turned out to be resistance transfer, which made the trip of 4 people + bags a little uncomfortable.

Dismal Transfer Service airport hotel airport hired by Takeoff because the first leg we were never picked up and before our phone claim we were told to wait that they would pick us up and when waiting they advised us to take a taxi and what was paid was going to be refunded. When they returned, they arrived late at the set time and with a vehicle that had broken the air conditioning and in 30 degrees heat

LOUSY SERVICE! They arrange schedules at your convenience. 45 minutes waiting for them at the Salta seaport and on top of that they tell you they are late for the transit (in Salta a la.siesta there is no one). On the way back, they looked for us when they wanted to force us to wait as many hours. Any other option is better than this lousy Enterprise.

We booked the arrival transfer and in destination other excursions that we were shown upon arrival, we traveled with family and friends and the truth that we were happy with Salta, its people, the NORDIC TRAVEL agency, its guides and team. Thank you for giving us a beautiful holiday.

We hired with them the excursions of CAFAYATE, CACHI AND SALINAS and the transfers to the airport of Salta, the truth that perfect all the Service. They waited for us, presented us with a welcome Salteño alfajor and were friendly and knowledgeable drivers and guides. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

A disgrace! With 33oC we were sent a combi without air conditioning. The same thing happened to us with the combi that took us to Cachi.

They take you to the airport too far in advance (in our case we were waiting for the flight for 5 hours with small creatures) They are not accessible or reasonable, I do not recommend it at all, it is preferable to take a remisse. More economical and less complicated.

I must exempt the drivers who transferred us from my opinion. They were extremely gentle, punctual and kind. But the Nordic Enterprise failed to deliver. We paid for a Round Trip Service by "mini-van" between Salta Airport and Purmamarca and they met half. For the return they sent us a car. I made the phone claim to have the Service we had paid for sent in advance and they told us they couldn’t do it. For reasons of time and distance we had to travel that way. We hope that we will be refunded for the difference in category of services.

I highlight that they communicated by WP with me days before traveling to ensure that everything is okay and offering 10% on excursions. The punctuality to take us to the hotel and pick us up to return to the airport was perfect. We did not do the excursions with Nordic as we found better prices around the area. Very grateful
