Spatious room, clean and comfortable - we stayed in room 209, didn't have a view, just an internal balcony. We stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter weekend, early April. Staff was friendly and spoke good English at reception, not so much at the restaurant. One evening we decided to have a quick dinner at the restaurant downstairs since we were too tired after a long tour - empanadas and lemonade were very nice. The rooftop bar was fully booked most of the time, didn't get a chance to see it. Breakfast was good, not very varied, but starts at 6am which is very convenient if you start your day early.

All was well at check-in and the room was just fine and clean. Unfortunately, because we were leaving very early the next morning, we couldn’t have the breakfast we had paid for and so we were offered a breakfast to go (assuming in a box?) by the female receptionist but never received it :( When we reminded the male receptionist at check-out, he rushed to the restaurant’s kitchen and brought out a tray with croissants on it and another one with sliced ham. Pretty inconvenient when you have nothing to carry it in and a driver waiting outside… As for the restaurant which we tried the night before, it’s pretty safe to say that it was one of the worst during our month in Argentina! I had the salmon with potatoes which were cold and the fish was dry. My family members had hamburgers and they reported that the meat was rubbery and the buns were hard. One of them even found a small piece of cardboard in his burger :( We can’t say we were impressed with the service either…However, we give them credit for the empanadas but, sadly, that’s about it.
Windows are super tin, and do not keep the heat and noise out. We spent 2 nights (408/508) both rooms get a lot of noise from the Elevator. Breakfast is nice with verry good service. Location is good, within walking distance of the centre. The parking needs to be payed extra. The lady at the lobby told us we could park in te street for free. This was revealed not to be the case in the morning when we left.
I love this place so much and will stay again. The only problem the room are so expensive like 200 dollars up per night i think ours was almost 300 dollars per night. Alot of pilots and cabin crew stay at this hotel. Food is 2% no worth it. But be careful with your privacy stuff. Our experience was good but not so good on trust.
The hotel was fine although in some ways seems a bit unfinished. It is in a great location and the breakfast is good. They even had scrambled eggs which isn't common in Argentine hotels. Check in and check out is slow so be prepared. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable.
