Full Day Small Group Amalfi Coast Tour From Salerno

This tour was amazing! Enzo was a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable tour guide who took us to great places for delicious creamy and light lemon cake, outstanding lemon pasta, and gorgeous, well priced ceramics. Enzo offered to take photos of our group whenever there were beautiful views along the way (and there were many), and he is a pretty good photographer! He also helped arrange for us the boat tour around the Amalfi coast - a must do! A thoroughly enjoyable experience

What an amazing way to discover the Amalfi Coast while staying in Salerno! The meeting point was easy to find, and everything was perfectly organized. Our driver and guide was fantastic, making the experience smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. We got to admire the breathtaking coastal scenery and explore the charming towns along the way. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Salerno who wants to discover the beauty of the Amalfi Coast!

Alberto was the best tour guide. He is an excellent driver on those windy roads. Even though it rained, we still enjoyed every moment.. this tour is great. Make sure you get a pastry on your first stop. I would book it right away.

This was the highlight of our vacation and it came on the very last day of our cruise. There are no words to describe the beauty that this trip revealed. The coastline was stunning and it was only made better with the knowledgable and friendly host Roberto. Thank you for a wonderful day and this is a must see.

We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-hour Amalfi Coast tour! Enzo was an outstanding guide—Engaging, Enthusiastic, Energetic, and Excellent! His friendly personality and excellent commentary made the entire day both informative and entertaining. He kept things interesting throughout the tour and made the experience especially enjoyable. A wonderful way to explore this spectacular coastline. Highly recommend!

You get to meet your tour guide a little farther from the port gate, but the walk was worth it as we got the perfect guide in Vicenzo ("Enzo"), who gave us history, trivia and humor all throughout the trip. And you get to see the Vesuvius too on tbe way back.

This was our 4th guided tour on vacation and it was my favorite thus far. Enzo was so knowledgeable, very funny, and made the drive between the cities so interesting. I didn’t realize how much there was to learn about this part of Italy! Today was such a surprise, in the best way.

Our guide and driver was Anthony. Excellent, I would give him 6 out of 5 stars! He is very knowledgeable of all the areas that we visited and their history. Very safe drive. He made good suggestions for places to eat, we had the best pastries in Menori and yummy pasta in Ravelo . We also had time to do a yatch panoramic tour of the Amalfi coast per his suggestion. Fun! I would highly recommend this private tour.

This was a wonderful tour on the Amalfi Coast. Mauricio, our guide, was outstanding and full of historical information. Mauricio gave us great suggestions for lunch, etc., and gave us the perfect amount of time at each stop.

It was a beautiful drive up the coast. Nice to get the history of the area. Enzo our guide was very nice and very informative.

Our guide, Enzo was awesome. He took good care of us, very personable and informative. We had a great group of people on our tour, which made the day even better. The optional boat ride was very nice and well worth it. We all had lunch together, which was very good. Highly recommend this Tour, ask for Enzo. You won't be disappointed.

Enrico was fantastic. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and fun. He’s also a great driver and we felt very safe with him on those crazy, steep, winding roads. He also had a great playlist of music. He even took us back to our cruise ship and others to their destination. Again, I rate just Enrico a 5 or even 6 stars. He was great! The scenery was beautiful. Half of the day was sunny and nice while the other half rained, very hard at times. There were 8 people in our tour group. In a small van with 2 tour people sitting in the front seat next to the driver. I wouldn’t be happy with those small seats. A bit bigger van (or smaller group) would have been nice especially for the amount of time we spent in the van. The tour really consisted of driving us to places/towns and dropping us off. There were 2 add ons which we were unaware of until we reached the location: 1) in Amalfi a boat tour was offered which was 20€ for 45 minutes but didn’t leave the cove you could see from land; 2) the lunch add on near Ravello (it was raining very hard and we had the option to walk around Ravello in the rain/ thunder/lightning or go to a restaurant for lunch), we all chose lunch. It cost 30€person for one small bruschetta, very small pasta, lemon ice cream and a bottle of white and red wine for the table of which we were the only people that had any wine which was not good. No one opened the red. 30€ was very high for the lunch (15€ would have been better). Perhaps on a beautifully sunny day people would feel differently due to the view. We were just glad to be dry but the price was too high. Then to Ravello to walk in the rain - we should have declined this part of the trip and sat in the van. We were soaked however, Enrico did give us an umbrella per couple which helped but everyone was ready to go back early. So all in all it was a good tour without the add ons and Enrico was amazing. Just ask for the prices and exactly what’s being offered before making decisions about your add ons.

Antonio was an excellent guide. There were 6 people in our tour. He offered customizable options. The day we had was rainy, so we couldn't do the boat trip, but the restaurant he recommended was very good! He gave plenty of time at all stops to look around and not feel rushed, and be able to enjoy shopping. He was a very safe driver and gave lots of good information along the way. We recommend this tour!

We booked this eight-hour Amalfi Coast tour for six people at a cost of over $700, specifically because the listing promised an English-speaking personal tour guide. We did not receive one. As we entered the van, our driver told us, “No English, OK?” And that was essentially the extent of his communication throughout the day. He drove us between destinations, dropped us off, and told us when to return. No history, no cultural context, no recommendations, and no commentary about the beautiful places we were visiting. We even had to contact the company’s manager via WhatsApp to arrange for our driver to find us in Ravello because he hadn’t explained how to reach him. Interestingly, he was able to use a translation app when offering us an additional boat excursion for a fee, but made no comparable effort to provide the guided experience we’d already purchased. This trip was especially meaningful because my wife and her family have roots in this region. We tried to share that connection with our driver and engage him in conversation, but couldn’t. We chose this tour partly because of the glowing reviews describing knowledgeable, engaging guides who brought the Amalfi Coast to life. Our experience was nothing like theirs. Our driver was capable behind the wheel, and the scenery was beautiful. But we could have booked private transportation if that’s what we wanted. We paid for a guided tour and received a chauffeur. With only one day in port, this was a deeply disappointing missed opportunity for our family. I cannot recommend this experience based on what we received.

Enzo was an AMAZING driver. We were a group of four in a van with a total of 8 people. The roads are precarious but he did a great drop navigating and giving us recommendations and details about the towns along the coast. The tour is definitely worth the price, and it’s super easy to get to the meeting point from the cruise port. Each of the stops were beautiful!

You are forced to go to an “optional” lunch for 30 Eros. You are taken to a hotel/restaurant in a remote location. There are no options for the meal which is not very good and no place to walk.

We had a great day with Antonio who couldn't have been more helpful. Full of useful local knowledge. Took us to a fabulous cafe in Minouri, a restaurant in Scala with unbelievable views of Ravello, a boat trip from Amalfi and a return journey with amazing views of Vesuvius. Highly recommended.

The town of Amalfi and Ravello were beautiful destinations. Our driver, Antonio, was pushy and overbearing. He made us feel uncomfortable by promoting his friends boat tour and restaurant. He repeatedly tried to get us to change our itinerary by booking activities with his friends. We had to say No multiple times.

Antonio was absolutely incredible! So kind and knowledgeable! We had to pivot a bit because it rained in the morning, ave we didn’t have the option to take a boat tour (20 euros only) to see the gorgeous coast. However, Antonio pivoted beautifully, and we got extra time in amazing Ravello. I booked this tour because it included Ravello. The Villa Cimbrone and its Infinity Terrace is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The cathedral in Amalfi, where the disciple Andrew’s relics are buried, is emotionally moving. We also got a delicious bakery stop in the small village of Minori. On the way back to the ship, Antonio took a route that gave us spectacular views of Mt. Vesuvius and the towns surrounding it, including Naples. Thanks to Antonio, the day was spectacular!

We had a full-day excursion along the Amalfi Coast with Antonio as our driver and guide, and it was absolutely perfect. First of all, Antonio is an excellent driver and an amazing guide. He explained every place we visited with great knowledge and passion. Along the way, he was always showing us what to see and stopping at the best spots to take the most amazing photos. He recommended us a boat tour along the coast which was excellent, a must-do! Then in Minori he took us to try the local sweets, which were spectacular. The highlight of the day was definitely Ravello. We had a complete, very traditional lunch at La Terrazza su Ravello - incredible food and views. Our last stop was also in Ravello to visit a super old local ceramics shop (Pascal), which was wonderful. Antonio's recommendations were spot on and he knows so much about the area. 100% recommendable. Antonio is a genius! The tour would not have been the same without him. Thank you Antonio

Great day.... The experience was much more than the description. Yes you should do the boat ride in Almafi, it takes an hour and you still have an hour to explore. In Ravello you can select to eat lunch.... HIGHLY recommended. We did the wine paring lunch... Do it... Three wines, 5 light appetizers and 3 pastas... oh and a dessert... The lunch was in Scala with a panoramic view of Ravello. Best view of the town. Enzo was great, made the entire trip fun. The trip is worth it, you need to see Ravello...

This was an absolutely perfect day! Driving up and down the coast was beautiful, and our driver made plenty of stops to let us explore the coastal towns. Enzo was friendly and knowledgeable. He truly helped to make the experience memorable. We did not want to get back on our cruise ship!

Enzo was a wonderful tour guide. We had the best day discovering some of the towns along the Amalfi coast. Everything was perfect from the magnificent views, to the boat ride, the yummy lemon cake and the beautiful lunch. Nothing seemed rushed with all stops perfectly timed. We even enjoyed the playlist on the way back to port! Highly recommend

Enzo was fantastic! Plan for a long day. You will stop for coffee/snack & lunch at your own expense. Wear good walking shoes. Beautiful views. If you opt for the boat tour that is also extra.

We had a great day with Enzo who gave us lots of history and information and kept us on time. The boat ride was a nice treat as well. This was a great way to see the coast for a cruise port day.

One of the best tours we have taken in Italy. Great itinerary and the tour guide was amazing and very accomodating. We went to a lovely hotel for a patio lunch with wine tasting. The best eggplant pasta I have ever had! Amalfi coast was very nice wish we had more time !

Everything was fantastic about this tour. Enzo, our tour guide and driver, was amazing! He took us in an air-conditioned van up through various towns and pointed out so many amazing historical & fun facts. We stopped at a wonderful little town and had the most delicious lemon cake and a great cup of cappuccino. Then we stopped in Amalfi and walked around/ shopped for an hour and then we chose to take a 45 min boat tour up the coast (extra charge) Wonderful!! We stopped at a fabulous local restaurant where we ate delicious local cuisine while sitting above the beautiful coastline. We then continued up the road to Salerno; gorgeous views and fantastic shopping. Enzo directed us to the best shops. We finished the day going back down a different road while singing. A tour none us will forget. ❤️

Excellent trip and pre trip information provided. The van was clean and tidy and our guide Enzo was a star. Very informative and always amusing. The sights were wonderful and the 3 stops along the Amalfi coast were great. The meal stop was ok but not great there were nice places which maybe appeared better but the views from the restaurant used were unreal. Enzo was and is a character and he made the day along with the beauty of the area.

It was a day straight out of a storybook. Antonio’s knowledge of the Amalfi Coast is incredible, and he made the whole experience unforgettable. We also got to take a boat ride and see the coastline from the water — absolutely stunning. If the boat option is available, don’t pass it up! I can’t say enough good things about Antonio. He’s genuine, passionate, and it’s clear he truly loves what he does.

This is an amazing tour to see one of the truly spectacular wonders in the world. Antonio is one of the best tour guides we have ever had. His knowledge of the Amalfi Coast and Italy in general is incredible. He also customized a part of our tour for us upon our request, which made it even more special. Highly recommend this tour and certainly Antonio, if you can get him.

An amazing experience NOT to be missed, the tour covered all the beautiful scenic sights and more. Our guide was charming knowledgeable Antonio that made sure everyone had the best time. The van was spacious comfortable air conditioned, not only we did the scenic road tour but also the boat ride to view the mountains from the sea. Delicious local Lunch was at a beautiful resort with amazing view. Highly recommend this tour and highly recommend Antonio, thank you for a great day with wonderful memories.

I was concerned that the meeting point imaybe too far from the cruise port to walk. But it’s not it’s like a 3 minute walk. Enzo our driver was great. It was great excursion

This was a great way to experience the Amalfi Coast if you are visiting in a cruise! Wee got to stop at 3 towns, taste the local treats, shop and also take a boat ride along the beautiful coast. Our guide Enzo was amazing! He knew so much about the area, he was ready to snap amazing pictures for us and he was very fun and welcoming. We were back to our ship will plenty of time to spare. Definitely a must!!

Not only is the Amalfi Coast SPECTACULAR, but our tour guide ENZO WAS INCREDIBLE!!!! He had amazing knowledge and energy, and our group loved him! He is so passionate about what he does that when he educates you on all the cities in the Amalfi Coast, brings you to restaurants that have amazing views and food, and takes you on an incredibly fun boat ride all around Amalfi coast- you don't want to leave!!!! It was the best day, and highly recommend doing this tour with Enzo, and his team. Andiamo!!!

Antonio is a great tour guide and driver. He shared a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of the Amalfi Coast, its history, culture, architecture, economy, and food! He was patient, hospitable, courteous, and really seemed to enjoy sharing and showing the area to us. Even though we were sleep-deprived from traveling and considered canceling our reservation, we're so thankful we decided to press on!

Enzo was our tour guide and driver. Great attitude, friendly, and thoughtful. Our ages varied between 16 and 80yrs old and he was very attentive and accommodating to all. From music to chat, he was well rounded and experienced. He was waiting for us timely and are tour was right on schedule. Excellent experience. Recommend 100%.

He will take you to the places that matter: amazing views, delicious food and wine, and great opportunities to shop and learn about the culture! We would book anything with Enzo again. Enzo provided our group with the perfect experience. We were greeted with enthusiasm and warmth that allowed us to relax and enjoy the excursion. Enzo's local knowledge and professionalism helped us avoid major crowds at any stops throughout the Amalfi Coast. He provided us with at least 3 wonderful unexpected "surprises" during our trip - 2 of which were amazing scenic turnout where we were able to take some breathtaking pictures (he even played the role of photographer and I'm pretty sure he was a professional at one point in his life!). The other surprise was a quick boat trip in Amalfi that allowed us to see the coastline from the water. Even though this was had a small extra cost, the fact that Enzo even offered this experience was a welcomed surprise. His recommendation for lunch in Ravello perfect. The views from the restaurant were like looking at a postcard. The food was simple, but some of the best simple homemade pasta dishes the group had ever had. The wine (a white and a red) was local and amazing as well and met the enthusiastic approval of 2 of the two "wine snobs" in the group. Finally, Enzo's personality is one of charm and confidence with the depth of knowledge to help you understand the history and culture of the area. This tour was the best excursion our group has experienced on this entire trip.

We were not told that extra people would be added to our group. We are a big group and would have made sure no one was added if we had known. We had to fight for seats each time due to these people taking the best seat every time, and it added stress.
