Quiet, secure and very comfortable. Close to many restaurants, shopping and seafront. Not great view, but location makes up for that. Historic building. I really felt comfortable there.
Location is the best. Breakfast is very poor, not really included, just few stuff you can do by yourself inside the appartment. Central Parking is a great parking solution nearby but the owner forgot to tell us its in a ZTL area but they remove the car license plate so we wont get a report.
Beautiful vacation home in the historic center of Salerno, very close to both Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the Salerno Cathedral. The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator) of a historic building on Via Mercanti and is divided into two separate apartments. The furnishings in the apartment where I stayed are pleasing to the eye, with a mix of modern and industrial-style elements. The host who welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful from the very beginning, when I contacted them to book my stay. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant vacation (plates, glasses, breakfast mugs, washing machine, shower, and whirlpool tub); however, I believe a dishwasher and a microwave oven for quickly reheating food are missing. Upon our arrival, we also had to purchase soap and a sponge for washing the dishes we use every day (the one we had was very worn, and the soap was practically empty). Finally, although breakfast was included in the rental price, there was no milk, so we had to buy it ourselves. The price of the accommodation for a week is perhaps a bit high, but overall, I highly recommend staying at the Baron's residence. Despite its truly enviable location, the above-mentioned points prevent me from giving it a full 5 stars, but I would definitely recommend this property for both short and long stays. 👌🏼
The location is very central for visiting the Christmas lights. Of course, being so central, there's no way to reach it by car, but you can park it at one of the many garages in the area. First of all, Pierpaolo was exceptional, kind and helpful before our arrival and throughout our stay. The room could be considered a small apartment. The living area has a very comfortable sofa, a table with everything you need for breakfast, and a small but efficient kitchenette. The sleeping area has a lovely, comfortable bed and a beautiful wall unit with a large TV. The bathroom is magnificent and spotlessly clean. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a stay! We have a 7-month-old baby, so we needed a crib and found everything very comfortable.
The furnishings are carefully designed down to the last detail! Congratulations on the meticulous and careful work!
