After a short walk near the mountains, you will get to the first one where a small waterfall will be running water into dozens of hot tubes, all of them at different temperatures. The second one will need a short hike to the foot of a different hot waterfall. It is well known that thermal springs minerals help cleansing your body of toxins and improve oxygenation and blood flow. And, of course, the sole purpose of coming to the hot springs is actually be on them, so, after all the talking we will give you time enough for you to take a break and only focus on yourself.
Santa Rosa de Cabal is a small town near Pereira city. Due to its closeness to the Cocora Valley, it belongs to the areas the UNESCO declared as Coffee Cultural Landscape of Colombia’s Heritage.

Just what is show on the page was not true. The web that I check show a Pic. In horses and on. And when we get in there, it wasn't other activities just the Thermals, and beside that the guard was opening the gate for other cars at the entrance and he pushed my husband with the gate door. Very rude.
Very nice tour to the Santa Rosa de Cabal Hot Springs! The driver was very courteous and safe. The facility at the Hot Springs was also very nice.
The tour company did a great job with the transportation, and the hot springs are a must-see. Possibly one of the most beautiful hot springs in the world. However, fellow traveller, the hot springs aren't very well run. It could be run by a monkey and still make money. That’s how beautiful this place is. So forget what you know about spas, and think of it more like a carnival show run by gypsies, and if anything, you will be pleasantly surprised. But go. This place is an absolute delight.
It was amazing! Our driver did a fantastic job and we plan on doing it again next time we visit Colombia. It was very relaxing, and the driver made sure we were very comfortable.
The Santa Rosa de Cabal Hot Springs were great. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful location. The views are amazing and it was a great day tour to go on. The company sent a brand new car service with a professional friendly driver to pick us up at our AirBNB. The driver then waited there the entire day and brought us back at the end of the day.
An absolutely amazing place. A nature therapy for tranquility and relaxation. The waterfall is quite remarkable. The thermal waters are peculiar and out of this world.
The view was amazing! We enjoyed basking in the thermal pools. We got great photos. Mauricio was our driver for the day and made getting there and back so much easier! We appreciated him getting us in so quickly, and stopping at a good photo spot on the way home, as well as suggesting a wonderful spot for lunch with a gorgeous view. Great trip!
Though the thermal spa was great and Andrea was a wonderful driver I don’t understand why this excursion was so much overpriced. In your announcement it was only half of the price you actually charged me then. That’s the reason for only three stars.

Whilst the Santa Rosa thermal springs is well worth a visit I would simply pick a taxi to go there not a tour in itself. As the lunch is not included I would rather pick the place myself.
The Santa Rosa de Cabal hot springs are beyond beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. Definitely a place you have to see while visiting the coffee region. Our tour-guide, Daniel, was so knowledgeable and incredibly patient. We had the best time!

The wait time to get inside despite a long line up is pretty fast. As soon as you walk up there are private change rooms for individuals, people think the toilets are change rooms but there are specific change rooms within the area. The hot pools are very relaxing but can be crowded very easily. You can swim by the falls and it is pretty relaxing and cold, I would advise to wear sandals as the water floor can be rocky. It is wheelchair accessible for those who might find this information useful. Overall it was a great experience.
Andrés was exceptional and kind. The entire trip was run by what my husband and I wanted to see/do. It was a great experience. Remember to pay to see the actually hot waterfall and the chorizo wasn't for me but always try something new!
My tour to the hot springs was excellent, and Andrés was a wonderful driver. We had a great conversation on the way about sports and politics in Colombia, and he was very safe and responsible and waited patiently for me while I enjoyed the springs. The springs themselves were beautiful; like no other springs I’ve experienced before. Walking through the grounds was like visiting a botanical garden, and a giant waterfall serves as an incredible scenic backdrop to the springs. It was interesting to experience a place that clearly is very popular with local Colombian families. (This is a slow-paced day that would be better with friends or family.) Thanks for a great tour!
The tour guide was amazing… he explained and pointed out several things about Pereira on our way to the thermal baths and we stopped at a mirador to see the view of the city in the valley. From their we continued to climb up the mountain into the forest. When we arrived at our destination, the tour handled all the transactions and we were given wrist bands and an explanation of the park and it’s amenities…how to work the lockers, you need a one thousand COP coin. Have that with you for each guest to get a locker on the male or female side…the waterfalls and thermals baths were amazing 🤩 Spectacular for us that we live in Florida where the landscape is flat…to be in the mountains 🏔 surrounding by waterfalls and green rolling hills was like our very own garden of Eden…it drizzled from time to time because you are at the level of passing clouds. Didn’t matter because we were either in the baths or we had brought small umbrellas ☔️ some people brought simple raincoat ponchos like the ones you wear at Disney. It’s up to you how long you want to stay because your tour guide is waiting for you in the parking lot. From their we went to a sausage factory that has a restaurant on property, to eat the sausages “Santarrosano” that they are famous for… we liked them grilled much more than boiled. Excellent amazing tour and we highly recommend Gran Colombia Travel. We always confirmed the pick up time the afternoon before just to be sure.
Visit to the Santa Rosa de Cabal Baths is worth it even though the road to get there was pretty bad...

excellent services, very punctual and courtesy, the driver is very friendly and helpful, all excellent, we were well oriented and even lined up for our entrance.
A place to visit without a doubt, however there are aspects to improve such as transportation and food. Transportation to the place is by means of jeeps (when you do not carry your own vehicle) and these do not have a schedule or are available at the time of departure of the spa, which becomes a little distressing as the minutes pass. There is a bus that passes every hour, however this usually passes with full seats and does not stop. In general getting to the thermal is a tedious thing if you do not have your own transportation. In my experience I paid transport to the terminal of Pereira, then bus to Santa Rosa and finally transport to the thermal being 3 transports for such a tourist destination! On the other hand the food seemed simple, you can see that there is a mass preparation which makes you get reheated and basic dishes. The taste was fine but you can improve the quality.
I loved it, the super friendly people and fair prices. The view of the waterfall is super beautiful. I would definitely return.
The worst experience I've ever had, charging $139 for a 51,000 COP ticket to a park and the round trip is a steal. If you ask to add someone else you are charged another 39 USD without thinking that the transport is always empty and you are practically the one who rents the car, it is much more convenient to launch yourself and take the risk than to hire this tour
The place was wonderful the times were very good and no setbacks were very punctual and respectful, the attention of our driver Andres was excellent and also a super nice and friendly person. I recommend this experience 👌 100% as it was very satisfying.
We went with my boyfriend to the Santa Rosa thermals, everything went perfect, the Enterprise had the reservations in advance, Camilo the very friendly guide and in the end the very rich chorizos. Thanks Gran Colombia Tours.
