We visited Camping Regio for three nights on our way South. We were offered to pick our own pitch and found it was a large site, which was still quite busy in early October, but had plenty of room. The toilet block was possibly the biggest I have ever seen, even including a car-washing bay. It was kept clean and was in a reasonable state of repair. We don't use the facilities very much anyway, generally using our own. We left - got to our next campsite and I discovered that I had stupidly left our water inlet hose behind. They are unavailable in Spain, so I called Regio and they couldn't have been more helpful. The lady sent somebody to the pitch to check for it, confirmed it was there, and kept it aside for me. We went back to retrieve it, so they saved the day. Very much a 5 star service, as far as I'm concerned. You sometimes only find out what the service is like when something goes wrong.

Excellent campsite. Pitches well laid out with electric at all. Toilets and showers clean and tidy. Well stocked shop at reception with lovely fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Bar on site. Staff very helpful. Great WiFi. Bus in to town leaves just outside gate. Salamanca lovely city. Worth a couple of days here to take all it.
This is one of the most economical and lovely camping spots we stayed in all summer! Very reasonable prices in the on site cafeteria and grocery, the pool was spacious, clean, and refreshing. Grounds were well kept, plenty of space to play and relax. Huge bathroom and wash area which was also well maintained with plenty of high pressure water. Will return!
Camping Regio in Salamanca was such a fantastic stay for us! The whole place was spotlessly clean, and the facilities are really top-tier. The toilet and shower blocks are massive, kept immaculately clean, and there is always plenty of hot water. The plots themselves are fantastic. They are big, green, and spacious, so you have plenty of room to stretch out without feeling like you're right on top of your neighbors. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming, giving us all the info we needed as soon as we arrived. Another massive highlight was the pool area it’s huge, beautifully maintained, and absolute bliss to cool off in after a hot day. Getting into Salamanca couldn't have been easier, either. There is a bus stop right outside the campsite entrance that takes you straight into the city center in just a few minutes, which completely takes the stress out of trying to park near the historic old town. It is easily one of the best bases for visiting the city, and we'd go back in a heartbeat. Helen & Andy Travel YouTube for video review
Lovely campsite, about 6K from Salamanca centre, with hourly bus service from the entrance. Spaces range from small to very big, all access to pitches is good. Free WiFi that works across the whole site and a nice bar/restaurant, with a well stocked shop for essentials. Clean and tidy facilities with the biggest shower stalls I have ever seen on a campsite. Staff are very friendly and most helpful.
