A beautiful, clean, and peaceful resort! The beach is within walking distance, and in October there were very few guests, making the atmosphere incredibly quiet and relaxing. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, and families alike. There are also apartments with private pools, which look absolutely amazing! A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Wow!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Salalah Rotana Resort. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the level of service was outstanding throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Ann and Rula for their kindness, hospitality, and attention. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable and unforgettable. 🙏 I also want to thank the entire team at the resort. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, friendly, and professional, and you could really feel the genuine hospitality. This resort is quite big! The staff are incredibly helpful, and the service is truly excellent. There's a large pool open until 7 PM and a smaller one until 9 PM where we enjoyed a lot in the August weather. With two restaurants, Olive (Italian) and Saffron (international/Indian), dining options are great. The location is fantastic, and my family loved the kids' club. The rooms were good, and I hope they add more carpets to cover the cold stone floors and enhance bathroom privacy. It's a nice hotel overall!
I had a wonderful stay at Salalah Rotana Resort, and I can honestly say that it is one of the best places to stay in Salalah. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, with excellent facilities, a fantastic location, and outstanding hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the entire experience was comfortable and memorable. A special mention to the Housekeeping Team, especially Arjun and Arun, who did a fantastic job throughout my stay. They were extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. They made my birthday particularly special by decorating my bed beautifully, wishing me a happy birthday, and leaving a lovely birthday card. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made my stay even more memorable. I truly appreciate the effort and personal touch they put into making my birthday special. Thank you to Arjun, Arun, and the entire team at Salalah Rotana Resort for the wonderful hospitality and excellent service. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Salalah. Definitely one of the best places to stay, and I would love to come back again! ❤️
Our stay at Salalah Rotana Resort was truly enjoyable. The resort is set in a beautiful, spacious area with stunning buildings, beautiful rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. The entire property is beautifully maintained, with plenty of trees, flowers, and lovely walking areas, you can easily spend time exploring the resort without getting bored. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. I would especially like to thank Kader from the housekeeping team, who was exceptionally respectful, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and was always happy to assist whenever we needed anything. His kindness and attention to detail really made a difference. The staff throughout the resort were also very respectful, friendly, and helpful, and the service was excellent. Whenever we needed something through room service, our requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was another highlight, with a nice variety of options including freshly prepared omelets, different types of cheese, fruits, sandwiches, and more. Everything was clean and well presented. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Salalah Rotana Resort. It is, in our opinion, one of the best resorts in Salalah, and if we return to Oman in the future, we would happily choose to stay here again. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable! ❤️
