The breakfast was really good overall — fresh, varied, and enjoyable. Special thanks to Ahmed, the waiter, who was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better with his excellent service. One small note: the person preparing the eggs could use a bit more training to get them just right, though they were clearly trying their best and came across as a kind and good-natured person. I had an excellent experience at Flavours Restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and the relaxing ambiance made the meal even more enjoyable. I found the hotel to be so convenient for my family and personal needs-Work and leisure!! The service was excellent, from the moment I booked online Ahmed Awad assisted me in that and gave me all the details I needed to know regarding the facilities available. Breakfast was great! The hotel is located next to a lovely mall which made it perfect for my kids to buy food and groceries and keep in the fridge. Tarek and Ghofran were very helpful and polite. The view from the room was stunning and a sheesha bar in the hotel was a nice touch. I made good friends with other guests from Qatar and Kuwait. I loved the quality of service during my stay for 11 nights.

A special thank you to Ms. Julie Ann, who was incredibly helpful during our breakfast every morning. She always assisted us with everything we needed, making our dining experience enjoyable and comfortable. We also sincerely appreciate Ms. Froi from Housekeeping for keeping our room exceptionally clean and ensuring our beddings were always fresh and spotless. Her attention to detail made us feel at home throughout our stay. Our heartfelt thanks also go to Mr. Kamrul, who welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived at Salalah Airport. From the meet-and-greet service until we were comfortably inside the hotel transfer vehicle, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The reception team also deserves recognition for their excellent hospitality. They were very accommodating, allowed us to check in immediately upon arrival, and took the time to explain the nearby attractions, shopping mall, restaurants, and places we could explore around the hotel. The hotel’s direct connection to Salalah Gardens Mall is a huge advantage, making shopping and dining very convenient. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and professional, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Had our Clinical meeting at Lounge this evening sponsored by Nestle. Had dinner at the Rooftop restaurant. Turned out to be Valentine’s Day 😅 Julie Ann from the resto and Mary from housekeeping were very accommodating, polite, and friendly. They were helpful in things one needed and prompt. They accommodated us with smiling faces and friendly gestures. Been here in the hotel quite often, sometimes having dinner, snacks or just coffee. Staff are really friendly and easy to communicate with.
