Some hotels are remembered for their location or facilities, but this hotel will stay in our memory because of its wonderful team. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, relaxed, and comfortable.
A special thanks to Rasha and the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail, which made our stay truly special, with special appreciation to the security team for their excellent organization outside the hotel.
The hotel is quiet and comfortable, but the team is what truly made the difference. Thank you to everyone. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed at this hotel during Khareef and, honestly, we were a little disappointed.
The room was spacious but felt quite dated, and we had to ask for basic things such as bottled water, shampoo and conditioner to be topped up. The toiletries provided were also very basic for a hotel at this price point, with only a low-quality 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner available in the shower.
The hotel is advertised as adults only, but children regularly walk through the property and play and scream while waiting for the golf buggies that travel between the hotels, so it didn’t really have the peaceful adults-only atmosphere we were expecting.
We were also surprised that there is no travel or tour desk. Salalah is a major tourist destination, particularly during Khareef, so it would have been helpful to be able to ask for recommendations on places to visit or arrange local tours through the hotel.
On the positive side, breakfast had a good selection and all of the staff we encountered were polite, friendly and helpful.
Overall, we found the hotel quite soulless and expected considerably more given the nightly price. That being said, the Omani people we met throughout our trip were some of the nicest and most hospitable people we have encountered, and we would absolutely visit Oman again.
We had a pleasant stay at Juweirah Boutique Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with fresh fruits prepared for us. The place was also quiet and relaxing.

Stunning , I loved staying here, our trip was made so easy, the breakfast was amazing and yummy - staff were really attentive, hospitable coffee qawah every morning was absolutely the best thing!! Staff member Azmir was so helpful with helping my husband with his suit , dry clean etc
Honestly I must say the breakfast was so so good. The egg station 😩😩😩😅- I miss them so much, the omelettes were so good I had to have one everyday
I also really really loved the birdfeeders on the trees, what a touch of class, caring for local wildlife - I support this so much, it was so nice to see the beautiful birds eating just like I was 💘I will be back

The staff deserve special praise for their professionalism and genuine kindness. They were always ready to help, recommend local attractions, or simply have a friendly chat, not the usual “walking past and pretending you don’t exist” routine.
Breakfasts and dinners were a true feast for the senses. A wide selection of dishes, fresh ingredients, and local flavors made every meal a pleasure. The pool and surrounding areas are perfect for unwinding on a sun lounger and truly switching off.
The location is excellent: peaceful and scenic, yet with convenient access to the main attractions of the region. This is a place I can confidently recommend to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and a touch of authentic Arabian hospitality.
