Beautiful Resort, staff are super attentive and the hospitality is top tier. Thuvan, our cleaning staff member for our room was fantastic. He even made us a wonderful decoration for our room cleaning that was very special and romantic. The food here is one of the best as the chef and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Try this place out if you really want a get away. Not to mention the gym and wellness facilities are fantastic for hotels.
Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Hospitality! Our stay at Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah from August 14 to August 20, 2026, was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the beachfront location set the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Dining by the beach was easily one of the highlights of our trip, offering delicious meals alongside stunning views. The level of service throughout the resort is remarkable. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home. Both the check-in and checkout processes were smooth and hassle-free, and having valet parking readily available made moving around very convenient. We also appreciated that food delivery services were allowed, though with the resort’s super-fast room service, we hardly felt the need to look elsewhere! A very special mention must go to Mr. Arif from the housekeeping team. He did an outstanding job keeping our room spotless, even when we requested room cleaning at odd hours. On our first day, we asked him for English breakfast tea. To our pleasant surprise, he remembered our preference and made sure to replenish it every single day without us ever having to remind him. It’s these thoughtful, small personal touches that truly elevate a stay and make it feel special. What made my stay truly special was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Mr. Darshana Sashike at the reception, who was extremely helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. His kindness and professionalism made the check-in process smooth and ensured that all my requests were handled quickly. I would also like to thank Mr. Arif from the housekeeping team. I stayed at Crowne Plaza Salalah in a 3-bedroom villa for 4 days. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it convenient to explore Salalah. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are still acceptable and the overall stay was comfortable. The reception team was very helpful and accommodating throughout the stay. The room service was also excellent, especially the service provided by Jamal, who was very attentive and requested me to share this feedback. However, my experience was unfortunately affected by how the hotel handled a special occasion. I had informed the hotel one week before my travel about arranging a complimentary birthday cake for my daughter. I also followed up during check-in and again the next afternoon, but despite multiple reminders, the cake was not arranged on time. This was disappointing as it was an important moment for my family. I raised the issue with the manager, but the resolution attempt was not satisfactory. The manager was unable to provide a solution or recover the experience. Overall, the hotel has a great location, helpful staff, and good service in many areas, but the lack of coordination and follow-through on a simple special request significantly impacted our stay.
