We arrived around dinner and left right after breakfast so didn’t have much time at the hotel. The grounds are beautiful and refreshing after spending time in the city. The service at the restaurant was painfully slow, and not very polite. We had a large party and where the only ones there when we sat down, we watched as everyone around us got water, and refills, bread and their food. While we weren’t offered anything after we ordered and one of the ladies plates didn’t come out until everyone at the table was done eating. I like my room and the historic feel, but one of the other ladies in my group got a room that felt more like a hostel and we asked for a new room for her. The hot tub was not warm, it was mildly cool and did not have a button to turn on jets that worked. Only 1 towel at the pool so we had to share it. But the lobby staff was great, the available tea was appreciated and the rooms felt clean and safe.
Very nice place for staying and also for weddings. Super professional stuff. Bed really soft and warm shower. The breakfast it's one of the best, there is all you need.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights in the Sacred Valley. The property is a beautiful 18th-century estate that offers breakfast, dinner, a traditional bar, and an outside pool. The surrounding mountain views are truly amazing and provide a very peaceful atmosphere. While the room size was adequate—neither too big nor too small—our specific room did not have a particular view, and the interior felt a bit dated compared to the stunning grounds. One downside was the Wi-Fi, which did not work in our room; despite asking for a fix, the staff did not seem to acknowledge the issue. Since we visited during the low season and there were very few other guests, we expected a bit more attention to these technical details. The breakfast was okay, much like the rooms—not bad, but with room for improvement. We also had dinner on-site, and while the food was good, it felt quite expensive. It seemed to be the "premium price" you pay for the convenience of eating at the hotel where you sleep.
Absolutely beautiful property and very attentive staff. The beds were not the most comfortable, but I would definitely return despite that. Everything is clean, but a bit dated. The property and gardens are absolutely picturesque. The breakfast was wonderful, as were the cocktails and bar food. They even had some games like UNO, Twister, and Connect4 to keep the kids entertained.
