Everything about this hotel was exceptional. From the breathtaking views to the outstanding service and incredible food, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Diana, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. We also booked a tour through Inkaterra to explore the surrounding areas, and Yieber was an exceptional guide. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made the experience both informative and enjoyable. His passion for the region really enhanced our trip. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day!

The hotel is beautiful & in a picturesque location, with spacious rooms and a wonderful spa. However, for a 5 star hotel with two Michelin keys, service was a complete disappointment. The rooms had minimal toiletries (no lotion), and no coffee or tea in room. On our way to dinner the first night, we asked to have a fire lit in our room at 9pm, and no one showed up. We called down again - it took 25m for someone to come. Turndown service was done, but dirty dishes were left on our front stoop all night. On our second night, we had dinner reservations at 7 at the hotel restaurant, which had been confirmed on our return from our day tour. Housekeeping tried to come at 6 for turndown while we were getting ready, and we asked them to come back later. They never returned, and we did not get service that night. Then, the icing on the cake was being woken up by pounding on our door at 5:15am and again at 5:30am, because they messed up room numbers and were looking for the wrong people. My husband told them we weren’t who they were looking for, and they didn’t even apologize. They then proceeded to use the walkie talkie and speak loudly outside our room for at least 10 more minutes. Needless to say, we didn’t get more sleep. The outside lights then came on and streamed through our curtains. When we told the front desk this, they offered a basic apology and gave us our bill. Absolutely ridiculous service from a hotel of this tier.
Other reviewers have used terms like "design flaws" and "weird vibe". We'd agree, this modern hotel was booked by the travel company and wasn't really our type of place. It's in the middle of nowhere (like being on a cruise ship), the rooms were poorly designed and felt like fake luxury - I fantasise this is what Donald Trump or a Gulf sheikh would imagine a colonial hacienda should look like. However, the view from the hotel is very nice and the food in the restaurant was excellent (luckily, as a trip to the nearest town would have been difficult). Some people in our party thought the hotel was wonderful, so its a matter of personal taste.
We stayed here two nights, but didn't explore much of the property. Our room was nice, with a great view of the mountains. There is a firepit with mats and blankets out front that my toddler loved sitting at. The spa garden was nice to walk through, though we didn't have time for any services.
This was our home base for The Sacred Valley, and it was an excellent place to stay. It is located between Cusco and Machu Picchu. This hacienda-style hotel had individual cottages for each room that were spacious and included a patio with spectacular views of the valley. One afternoon we sat on our patio and had a glass of wine while enjoying the view and some down time. The restaurant and breakfast included were excellent. One thing to note - It is a bit of a walk to the cottages, or you can call and have a golf cart pick up and drop you off from the hotel entrance. It is a good place to start acclimating to higher elevations. We recommend this property as you explore this region.
