Very good trip, they picked up us at the hotel then we got to see the animals and go on speed tour. My girl is five years old and that it was so good! Then after they drooped us off at the hotel.
Such an amazing experience, learned lots about the reindeer and they are such kind gentle animals. Had the best time feeding them and going on the sleigh pulled by them and was finished off with hot chocolate around the fire. Would 1000% recommend, it’s a must do in Lapland!

Super chill and relaxing time! We were the only tourists at that time so we got to spend time with reindeer a lot and got to take many pictures together! Campfire was also really nice in the cold weather!

After booking pre-communication was good with regular emails and a WhatsApp support number. Unfortunately on the day the activity was cancelled with about two hours notice (at 7.30am for a 9.30am pick-up) as it "was too cold", with no alternative offered as we were during peak season. The unfortunate thing of course in this scenario is that it spoils a day that was planned in advance, when you have very little time to try and fix one of your few days in Rovaniemi. As such, had to go with an alternative reindeer tour that was nearer half the price, a lot less special, but didn't have the same weather issues.
Amazing experience! Reindeer 🦌🦌 were beautiful. Sat and had hot drink by the roaring fire while Reindeer were getting ready then had a lovely sled ride through the frozen forest. Was -29°C so fairly cold but we had a great time. After fed the Reindeers Lichen which they loved . Hotel pickup was on time and Reindeer guide was awesome .
The safari was well organized from start to end by professional and pleasant personel. It was an absolutely beautiful experience and authentic very much Thanks to the excellent and knowledgeable guide Heli - she was a star 🌟! and the magic surroundings. We were also lucky with having plenty of white snow, a proper cold and gorgeous reindeer, with both personality and horns, pulling the sleds. It was also very interesting to learn about the reindeer herding with a lot of specific details. We were well taken care of. Overall excellent!

We had an amazing time on the Reindeer safari. We highly recommend this. The guide was extremely friendly and took the time to tell us all about her reindeer. We could get really close to the reindeer. The sleigh ride itself was amazing, with the reindeer at times walking right next to you. It was a beautiful ride through the forest in pretty unspoilt countryside. The reindeer were so well looked after. We did not feel rushed at all and could really enjoy this amazing experience. We even had the chance to feed the reindeer after the sleigh ride which was very special. There was time for lasso lessons too if you wanted! The fire in the tipi tent was great to warm up afterwards. It was all so fantastic, genuine and enjoyable. We are a family of 5, 3 teenager girls, and we all really enjoyed it. This was a nice reindeer experience. We went on a day when it was snowing. I would not recommend on a really cold day as its difficult to be comfortable. There appears to be a lack of communication between transport drivers and tour staff. Our driver got us there half an hour early when the tour staff weren't ready. Then after the tour the driver wasn't there and I had to make inquiries about where our driver was. He was out picking up other tours so there was a lack of communication with the schedule and I would have appreciated finding out a little bit more about the life of a reindeer. I just decided to ask several questions to gain knowledge
We visited as a family of six and had a fantastic experience. It was not crowded at all, which made everything feel relaxed and unhurried. The reindeer were well cared for and gentle, and the staff were friendly and informative. The sledge ride was a real highlight, very long and peaceful, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the snowy scenery. A wonderful, authentic experience that we’d happily recommend to other families.
Lovely trip to this genuine family run reindeer farm. The owner who showed us the ins and outs of reindeer farming was so passionate and we got a great glimpse into their daily life. A word of advice, wrap up warm for the ride itself, it’s quite long and slow, lovely but on extremely cold days you’d need an extra layer or 3, especially if travelling with kids 😊

Daria was an amazing guide to all things reindeer on this trip. We went on a lovely, peaceful sleigh ride as a small group, then warmed up with hot cocoa and chocolate muffins. We got to feed the reindeer and had a wonderful time!
This was a really worthwhile experience for us, pick up was on time, very friendly team, the reindeer were very well looked after and the handlers are extremely knowledgeable. Lots of strokes and pictures with the reindeer,.not rushed not crowded and a hot chocolate round the fire to finish it off. Spot on.

we booked the 9am tour. we got a message at 4pm the day before informing us the pick up time is 130pm. when I emailed the operator about this the reply I got is "The previously selected time of 9 am was merely an approximation for the exact pick-up time, which we communicate a day in advance, as our pick-up schedule is thoughtfully arranged based on the location of each participant in the tour." 9am is a morning tour, 130pm is an afternoon tour, his explanation is totally unacceptable. when I followed up further, no reply (maybr because it has passed 5pm their working hour). we were left wondering about this the whole night and beyond, until I called them at 10am the other morning when they open. the lady who picked up the call said they couldn't organize a morning tour and so would issue a full refund. luckily I got my full refund back. but the communication is so bad. definitely not up to the standard of an agency who claimed local hospitality.
Our reindeer trip with Sergio was wonderful. He was very friendly and great with children, telling us many interesting stories. We felt safe and comfortable with him even deep in the forest 🌲. Our visit to Santa Claus was also amazing and truly unforgettable. 🎅
It was fun being on a sleigh with reindeers in front . Though it was only a short time, it was enough to have an amazing experience with them. There were only at least 5 or 6 of us in our group so it felt intimate. We spent ample time petting the reindeer’s after. Our guide Daria was amazing! She was very accommodating and answered all our questions. You can tell she loves her job!
The reindeer tour was lovely, everyone was very nice. However, I found the descriptions for the tours a bit misleading. The reindeer tour said that you could take pics with them and get close to the reindeer, when that was in fact not allowed since they are not used to human touch. For animal welfare reasons, that is amazing, but I just wished I would have known that before. For me, the tour was also wayyyy to short (30/max. 40 minutes) because it was lovely, but I guess that is justified since it will get cold after a while. We also did the Aurora tour which was basically the same pattern: really nice and friendly people, but misleading information. You do not get ALL your money back if the weather forecast is bad (which it was), but only a really small part which basically forces you to take part anyway. The tour itself and the hospitality was very nice. Also very warm communication when booking the tours.

Worst ever operator. Absolute cheat. We did his tour through viator. Suppose to be a group of 8 size and we had 27… becoz of which the experience was v v bad and awful… cannot believe what a cheat abs no meet nd greet also with reindeer I took a video also of no of people and pls see the deliverables. I would advice trip advisor not to support this agency
Absolute cheats and most disappointing tour . Please see the photos ... Your tour says it's 8 people and there were 27 on this tour because of which there was no proper meet n greet with the reindeer which was what we also wanted to do. There is a reason why we pay a premium. Other tourists paid 110 euro for this tour whereas we paid 220 eur because we wanted a private smaller group. Viator s margin is definitely not 100% very smartly you guys have washed your hands off this because the tour is completed. This is not the first time we have booked thru viator it's probably the worst experience and hence never going to use viator going forward
We had luck and made trip with fewer ppl than normal. Experience of lifetime because its so far removed from our normal day and life. Snow covered Finland forest, completely silent except for sound of hoofs and breading of the reindeers. Excellent crew and guide, interesting facts and history. Worth it.

We went on the small group reindeer tour. It was fantastic throughout. Our chauffeur Walid was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable about reindeers. He couldn’t do enough for us. The tour was on a working reindeer farm and you could tell they were very well looked after. Everything was at a leisurely pace and the sleigh ride itself was lovely, through snowy forests with amazing sunset skies. At the end our host gave a talk and we had some small tasty snacks and warm juice. Could not recommend this tour enough.
A very pleasant afternoon, with helpful and knowledgeable guides. The Sled Ride was very relaxing followed but hot drink and cake and then a chance to pet a reindeer. We closed the tanger activity because we were assured that the farm is about 70 km away from Rovaniemi — a crucial element for our choice. A few hours before the activity, we were informed that this is not the case and that the farm is located just a few kilometers from the village of Santa Claus. This is clearly misleading information. In addition, while one day before we were asked the sizes of the uniforms, a few hours before the start we unilaterally changed the attendance time, citing a low number of participants. This change completely disrupted our program, as we had already arranged another activity for the new hour. Tourists organize their trip with a specific program. A company’s business risks (e.g. small interest) cannot be transferred to last-minute customers. Especially when the company itself applies a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for customers, but makes cancellations or substantial changes a few hours in advance. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet neither the description nor the professionalism we expected. I would not recommend it. Disappointing experience. I've already filed a complaint against her.
The tour was just beautiful! We were lucky enough to immediately find a crazy Northern Lights. It all started with the punctuality of our guide, Alexis, who recovered us and immediately took us hunting. Alexis is a very kind and conversational person, you can clearly see that he loves his job: he was always positive, charged and enthusiastic. When we found the dawn we were completely alone; even in this our guide was top, choosing the perfect spot. We had all the time we needed to take lots of photos in total tranquility. Also very important is being on a tour with a limited number of people, which made the experience even more special and intimate. Highly recommended!
There were three of us, the booking was super fast and was already our second booking with Arctic GM. Sanija, our guide, did a great job. Super friendly and picked us up on time and brought us back without making you feel like you had time pressure. The reindeer were super sweet and cuddly and the owner of the reindeer took a lot of time to explain all the questions in detail. Would we book exactly like this again:)
Being able to travel on a real reindeer sled is an experience to live. With us was the owner of the farm who after the tour offered us a hot drink and told us about the life of reindeer on the farm. He answered all our curiosities very willingly.
The day before we were able to reserve a jumpsuit - that was the best decision as it was -25 degrees. Even though I had my own ski suit underneath, it was still cold;) At the agreed location we were picked up on time and taken to the farm. There we were received friendly and got a little introduction. The round lasted about 40min and then we were able to feed the reindeer. Finally, we got a tea and a HotDog at the campfire. There we could also ask questions about the reindeer and the locals. All in all, a perfect conclusion to our short stay in Lapland 🥰
It was a wonderful experience even though there was no snow, long sleigh ride with huskies in the wonderful landscape with final barbecue Friendly and helpful owners, they made us visit the whole farm I can’t wait to go back in January with the snow🥰
