Such a fantastic tour! We were picked up from our hotel on time and driven 2 hrs west near the border of Sweden to where we could see the lights. It was a clear night and the lights were on full display! Our tour guide Jade was also a great photographer and took some good photos for us to capture the moment! I would highly recommend this tour.

Yes it is true they go all the way until they make sure they find the optimal spot for people to be able to see Aurora Borealis. In my case Gabriel drove up to Sweden and back. Gabriel was our guide expert on hunting Aurora and an excellent photographer who made sure that would capture for all of us that unique moment on a high quality image. Gabriel came and collected each one of us from our accomodation he made sure we were warm safe and comfortable in his small bus.He gave us warm clothes and warm drink.He shared his enthusiasm and knowledge with us.He cooperated with his colleagues to spot exactly where the Northern lights would be visible.It was a team effort and a very interesting night.No limits as of how far we would go and return time as well. We did the Northern Lights tour from Levi with our little one, who is only 5 years old, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Despite covering many kilometres, the car was comfortable and cosy, and Daria was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to take care of our every need. Our guide Gabriel exceeded all our expectations. He put in incredible effort and truly made our day unforgettable. If you have the chance, definitely request Gabriel as your guide. We left Rovaniemi around 18:30 and even crossed the Swedish border while chasing clear skies. At one point we saw the Northern Lights and thought the tour was over - but Gabriel kept searching and found another spot where we were completely alone. What followed was an amazing aurora show. At first we were very unlucky, but later everything turned perfect. We were exhausted and assumed we would head back, yet Gabriel continued taking us to better locations. We finally arrived home around 04:30 in the morning, tired but extremely happy. It was an unforgettable experience.

The Northern Lights excursion was absolutely fantastic: we had the most spectacular night of our lives! It was all made possible by our wonderful guide, Gabriel: besides being incredibly skilled at taking you to the most beautiful spots to admire the Northern Lights, he has exceptional expertise and energy in his work. Our Aurora hunting tour was so special and amazing also thanx to our guide Nazariy. We booked the tour and unfortunately it had to be canceled due to bad weather conditions. But we got the chance to make the tour 2 days later. Our guide was constantly observing & decided to drive to Sweden (too cloudy in Finnland). When we arrived at the spot he had chosen we immediately could see the aurora light. It was a light circle very beautiful to watch- so we took pictures and got back in our van to warm up a little bit. After a while Nazariy said -now the lights are all above us! We got out and it was like the most beautiful explosion of light. The whole sky was dancing in light colors with even pink in it. It was so wonderful and overwhelming that our whole group (only eight people- completely alone) was in a total awe. We are so so grateful and happy we could experience this- thanx to this tour and of course Nazariy 🙏 We would immediately book this tour again if we get the chance to visit Lappland once more 🤩🌌✨💫🤍

This was all so well and professionally organised. I was picked up and dropped off directly from my accommodation. There were just 8 of us and the driver/guide in the minibus. She was very informative and we did actually hunt the lights! Our first stop was negative so we set off again, stopped an hour later and there they were. Without the direction of the guide, I wouldn't have known where to look at first. Then suddenly we were surrounded with lights coming from every direction. My phone camera is rubbish but our guide had professional camera equipment and made sure we were all captured on film with the lights. The photos were emailed to us all. This was included in the cost of the tour. A bonus was seeing a troupe of reindeer running along the side of the road near the minibus.

Terrible! We purchased a private tour for the Northern Lights with a private bus and up to 8 hour/200km radius from Rovaniemi. We were at the meeting point as per tour booking (Get Your Guide) but they never showed up. After waiting we started calling, sending whatsapp messages with no reply. The Office was closed! We called then Get Your Guide that were also unable to contact them. The next day they claimed they were there and waited for 10 minutes and then left since we did not show up!!! They also did not want to reimburse anything, and so they kept lying for a few days. After we provided our Uber receipt showing the location and the time to Get Your Guide, Then Get Your Guide reimbursed us, but Artic GM were absolutely dishonest, a scam! I strongly recommend to choose another provider as there are many available. We could not see the lights because of their dishonesty. We believe that since it was cloudy, they didn’t want the trouble to drive us far and just try to steal from us the money.

Friendly and well informed staff. The car was comfy. We got a lot of time to enjoy the auroras. The hot beverages after looking at auroras were really nice.

Fantastic aurora tour! Our guide, Marie, was so dedicated and drove all the way to Sweden to make sure we had the perfect spot. We ended up with a clear sky and a magical view of the lights.

This was meet my expectations . Guide Erik was experienced . He tried to catch it as he can . He was nice , kind and helpful. Also take care group members when saw the car came. CS also helpful and answered questions frequently. Luckily I met the Aurora 😆 and met nice group members. Have a happy moment with all of them.

We booked last minute and on the same day because our previous booking with our hotel got cancelled. Thankfully there is still an available guide for us. We booked a private tour. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. 100% recommended especially it is unlimited mileage and it has photos included. Your guide is your photographer. Our guide was Alexis. . They will provide you with overalls incase it gets too cold. They also offer snacks and hot drinks included in the tour.

This company is amazing! We drove to Sweden because that was the only place with a clear sky. All that extra time and gas and it’s still the same price. And we got to see the lights thanks to Umat’s perseverance. I’m so glad I chose this company for my tour!

Mario was an amazing guide and driver. They informed us the morning of the tour that our chances are very low to see the aurora that night and gave us the option to cancel, join the tour the next day or join that night. Since it was our last day in Levi we decided to join and try our luck. The tour started at 8pm. Mario really went above and beyond to give us a chance off seeing the lights. He even drove all the way to Sweden as the sky was filled with clouds in Levi (3 hours to get there and back). Unfortunately we weren’t lucky but it is the groups decision how long you stay and wait. There is no time limit!!! The guide doesn’t make the decision to leave. Around midnight we as group decided to go back. He drove us to McDonald’s to get a coffee and before heading back to Levi there was a small chance as the clouds cleared and Mario rushed us back to a perfect spot. He knows all the perfect places. We saw a slim gleam but better than nothing. Mario was just amazing. The tour ended at 6am when we reached our hotel again. So be prepared to be up all night. I highly recommend the tour. Mario showed us the pictures he took the other night and they were amazing. If you have the chance please take it! We would do it again!

By far one of the best experiences of my lifetime , the staff are very professional and polite and helped me with my special request. They provided additional clothing for my fiancé and were super nice . The guide was extremely helpful and helped me plan my special moment of proposing to my gf . Booking was easy & Arctic GM would email to confirm booking within minutes of booking. A few days, they would set up a whatsapp group chat which I'm thankful for because checking WhatsApp is easier than email. One day before, they will update about the probability of sighting aurora & given 3 options to continue, cancel or add to backup list for next day. On the day itself, pickup was very punctual. The guide/driver had to drive to other places to pick up all - total 8 people & brought back to their office in the city to grab arctic suits. Our guide was Viking. Our guide drove for about 1 hr from Rovaniemi & we stopped along the highway where we sighted faint aurora. We took some photos there before moving to another spot. However, the aurora signals were not strong that day. We were told the next sighting would be 4am. We were given chocolate muffins (super chocolaty & yummy) & berry juice (super yummy as well). By the time I got back, it was about midnight. There is no toilet on the way so do use the toilet at the main office before setting off. There would be a long queue for it as there is only 1. If toilet is really needed, guide can find rest stop at petrol station. We did not had to do that. The photos were sent a couple of days after through a Dropbox link. Would still recommend to go on this tour but got to pray hard that aurora signals are strong as the guide shared that the trip was cancelled the day before due to bad weather conditions.

Since the beggining, this was the agency that gave us a better attention to answer on whatsapp and made us feel trust. In the day of the tour, the probabilities were not so good, 40% to 50% of chances to see the Northern lights. As we didnt have many nights in the city, we decided to do the tour and was the best decision of our lifes. David was our guide, driver and photographer. Besides being a lovely person and explained a lot of things about Northern lights; he drove 1:40 to Sweden to find a good place and we could see an espectacular Aurora, dancing and exploding in the sky. The berry hot juice was awesome to keep us warm as it was -17 Celsius. The only “bad” thing was with the pictures, the guide told us that we would receive all pictures in maximum 3 days. But I didnt receive yet. When you buy a private tour with photographer, specially when your cell phone can not take good pics, you expect to receive the pictures soon. I asked few times about the deadline to receive it but always got a “sorry for late, thanks for your patience, we will send soon”.

One of the best experiences that I’ve ever had! We stay at Rovaniemi but the past few days the weather was cloudy, so David, our guide, drove us to Sweden to find clear sky. We started our tour at 6 pm and ended around half past three in the morning! On the way to find the clear sky, we found some aurora’s activities and we made a few stops, the results are AMAZING! The wind was quite fast and it feels like we were constantly fighting with the clouds. At last we arrived to a location where the sky was clear and we got to see beautiful aurora. On the way back, from the car window, I realized that there’s an aurora activity on my right side and David decided to took a quick stop to see, and it turned to be a quite long stop since the the northern lights were dancing! I even got the chance to record some time lapses on my phone and the result were amazing! A few tears were shed because it was truly majestic and I thank Arctic GM for this experience. They are very accommodating, friendly, and fast respond. The pictures I provided were taken with a phone camera.

It was the most magical night in Finland, all thanks to Denys. He went above and beyond to ensure we experienced the best possible view of the Northern Lights, demonstrating incredible patience, even more than we had! Our small group tour, though lasting over eight hours, flew by. Denys not only captured countless stunning photos of us, as promised, but also provided delicious snacks when we were delightfully 'aurora-ed out.'

We had a perfect viewing of the northern lights. We actually had two bookings, but the first one was cancelled as the percentage of seeing the lights were almost nil. This kind of disappointed us, but we understood that it was in our best interest. Hence when the chances was forecasted to be 10% on the second night, we decided to take the chance and we were so glad that we did because we saw the lights and it was not just the green coloured lights we saw. We manage to see the green, orange and red northern lights. They were beautiful! We have to give a big things to the guide who draw about two hours out of the city and manage to find the lights for us to take numerous photos and it was done professionally with her professional camera. We spent almost 1.5 hours out in the cold but beautiful night to view the lights. Ended off with piping hot blueberry juice which was delicious and a chocolate bar. Perfect!

really great experience with guide Arsene. He is so patient to answer our questions and bring us to see the aurora light. I know yesterday it is hard to see as it is cloudy weather and Arsene brought us to more far away place until we saw the light. He is a good photographer also we preview our photos and really satisfied with his photography. We start at 20.10 but we back at 4 am in the morning. driving in the dark Finland also really need fabulous techniques, but he drive smoothly which we sleep really well in the car. Also, our group is a variety team with different countries different languages people, admire he can speak lots of language at almost same time and very fluently to explain everything.

100% recommendable without a doubt. We stayed all night with Angel and it's amazing how involved he is in getting you to see an aurora borealis. Maybe it is a bit expensive but I would pay for this tour again because of the small number of people and the implication of going from place to place looking for aurora.

The service provider keep contacting me via email and whatsapp. Everything is clear. It was a long night, they drove really far away from RVN. Fortunately, we saw a little bit of the aurora, not really from human eyes, but could see in the phone. And there was a few options to choose if the chance of seeing the aurora is low, there will be guarantee partially refund if we can't see the lights and some other options. This is fantastic.

We took the tour with Manuel and are absolutely thrilled. He was friendly and introduced himself to us. He took great photos and also helped me with my camera. Unfortunately, I'm an amateur at this. When we went to see the lights, the night was very cloudy, and the chances of seeing the Aurora were lower than 10%. Nonetheless, our guide, Manuel, didn’t hesitate to drive us to the Swedish countryside, a three hour drive, just to see them. The experience was immaculate, and he was very sweet.
