We had an absolutely amazing Northern Lights experience with Arctic GM Experience Oy in Rovaniemi! A very special thank you to our guide, Baran, who made this experience truly unforgettable. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and caring, always making sure everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying the experience. What impressed us most was his dedication and effort. Even when the sky was cloudy and the chances of seeing the Northern Lights seemed uncertain, Baran never gave up. He kept watching the sky, informing us whenever he spotted even the smallest glimpse of the aurora, and constantly changing locations to find the best possible view. It honestly felt like fishing! 😂🎣 We never knew when or where the lights would appear, but Baran kept searching and trying his best. We understand that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and nobody can control the weather. However, what matters most is having a guide who genuinely cares and gives his best for everyone. We’re so happy we finally got to see the Northern Lights after almost 5 hours of driving and searching in different locations! We had a great experience on our Northern Lights tour with Berkay! He took us to a great spot to see the auroras and was always helpful, offering drinks and taking photos of us throughout the experience. What made it even more special was seeing how genuinely excited he was about the auroras himself. You could tell he truly enjoys his job, which made the whole experience even better. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour especially with the very attentive guide Jade. She multitasked magnificently ie a perfect guide who also made sure we did not run over by cars / a careful and responsible driver / a professional photographer who took many great photos for us. She even served us hot drinks and snacks when the aurora calmed down. The aurora show displayed on 16 October had been great. We enjoyed the tour so much that we signed up for another tonight. We just hope we are lucky enough to have Jade again as our guide tonight.

Our guide ( Abdulkadir ) took us to a frozen lake, far from any light pollution. He tracked the clouds in real time and moved us to different spots to find the best sky. He also took excellent photos of us. Then, green curtains of light with purple edges filled the sky. At the end, he offered us a hot tea. Everything was perfect and magical. Aurora sightings are never guaranteed, so book more than one night. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This tour makes all the best efforts to make you see the Auroras. Nice new van, that drives up to 8 people to spots to see it. I had it twice. On the first day our guide was Aurore (her real name by coincidence) and she was amazing, very carefull for safety, ponctual, she made great unlimited photos, and she understands a lot of astronomy, so even when Auroras was calmer, she would still entertain us with her knowledge. The other day was nice too, but the guide seemed a bit lost on where to take us for the tour. Note that both tours didn't last as much, we were back a bit after mid night, which was great for me because I was with a kid.

I had a wonderful trip with Aneeq. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating facts about Finland and the Northern Lights. He cared about our comfort and was always happy to answer questions. He is also an expert aurora hunter and a talented photographer. Although all the indicators were low that day (October 1), we witnessed a beautiful substorm. It took about 7 hours to drive to Sweden and back, but it was absolutely worth it. We had to most amazing tour for our family of 9 with Aurora and Julie! They were knowledgeable and helped us understand not only more about the northern lights but also the constellations. My boyfriend proposed and both guides helped to make this night so special!

Incredible experience. We had a wonderful night. Our guide James was very attentive and quick to react. As soon as he spotted the Northern Lights, he immediately pulled over so we could enjoy the show. And what a show! We never imagined we'd be so lucky! Very well organized from the purchase thru the final tour. Guide is experienced and has the knowledge to get the best views which I found out is much more art aided by science.

We had a nice Northern Lights tour with Marie. In Finland, it was so cloudy. Marie tried her best and drove for four hours to get to Sweden where the sky was clear. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights there. We were satisfied with the outcome. Marie also explained about the Northetn Lights and took the photos of the guests and the Northern Lights. She looked quite stressed about the time constraints. The feedback below is for the tour operator. You mentioned that you would provide the guests with the warm overalls. However, we got told that there were just four for eight guests. We were told that we could ask for it if we needed. Each and every guest should have been provided with the warm suit as it was included in the price. The guests should have been given time to put them on.

This tour 100 % to recommend to everybody the tour guide knowledgeable accomodating and took our pictures with no limits just bring warmer clothes as it can be very cold

This was a truely amazing experience. Our guide Julie clearly loved her job and the enthusiasm was infectious. Expectations were set that we would likely be driving for a few hours to find the lights however we got very lucky; 20mins in and Julie got very excited and pulled off into a random car park announcing “everybody out”, we all obliged and Wow, the sky was alive. We visited a couple of spots over 4-5 hours, hot drinks and snacks provided, so many photo opportunities and Julie was always encouraging more family shots to be taken with her SLR. We also got loads of great shots via our phones. Many questions asked by the group and Julie was a wealth of information. Magical experience, highlight of a holiday already full of amazing things.

This tour was amazing and worth every penny. The auroras were not supposed to make an appearance on our scheduled night, but our guide knew just where to go and we were able to see them for almost 30-45 minutes. 100% recommend.

We did three tours with Arctic GM (Snowshoeing, Northern Lights, Snowmobil Safari) and we always had great guides providing a lot of information about the trips and about what we could see. The experience was great and the tours very well organized. I would rate the snowshoe hike with Corantin best!

Absolutely incredible Northern Lights tour! We had an amazing viewing opportunity between two frozen lakes near the Swedish border after about a 2-hour drive, and it was completely worth it. The scenery alone was stunning, and when the aurora appeared, it felt surreal. It was a truly stunning experience with professional photography included by the host! Our guide was fun, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. She kept the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable throughout the trip while also sharing interesting information about the Northern Lights and the area. Left with some cupcakes and warm juice on the way back after everybody was satisfied. Highly recommend this tour to anyone hoping for a memorable aurora experience in a semi-private setting!

I went on an aurora tour with my family, and it was truly amazing. We couldn’t see the aurora clearly at the first spot, but the guide kept working hard to find a better location, and eventually we got to see a beautiful aurora. It’s definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience that everyone should try at least once.

This activity was definitely one of the best and most memorable experiences we had while in Finland. Excellent Trip and Viewing experience of northern lights

It was a good day experience because our guide was very thoughtful. We didn’t want to go all the way to see northern lights because we actually saw them in our hotel the day before. So he took us to a spot and we barely saw them (no better than the day before) but the service, attitude and means for doing the tour were very good. I do recommend it. Only if you haven’t seen the northern lights before (in the same trip) it doesn’t get better (that’s nature)

Our driver was amazing, he was determined to help us see the Northern Lights, and his dedication truly made the experience unforgettable. He drove us all the way to Sweden, and after an 8-hour road trip, we were finally rewarded with the most magical sky.
