Very experienced team, kind and friendly. I really enjoyed the tour. The tour started at 19:15 and we started heading back to Rovaniemi around 22:30. The length of the visit gave us enough time to admire the northern lights and get our photographs taken. Very good value for your money. The experience was really good! The weather in Rovaniemi wasn't great, so we were a little bit sceptical about whether it would work out. But it did! We drove for approximately 1.5 hours to a beautiful spot, where we stayed for about two hours. We got to see the Northern Lights in a stunning location by a lake. It was cold, and we really appreciated the warm drinks and cookies. Maybe it doesn't sound like much, but being able to warm up again was just perfect. Both guides and photographers, Ana & Oliver, were really nice and patient. They communicated clearly and respectfully throughout the experience. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this experience!
Toni and Hernan were very nice and professional. They provided us hot drinks and free snacks while we were waiting the northern lights to show up. The aurora was very bright towards the end of the tour even though the forecast said it would not be strong. They took great pictures of me with the aurora. Had to take the tour next day as weather was not good for the lights . On the day we had to travel a bit far from the city , near Sweden border . Good effort by the team .
Tuomo and Alexis were both awesome guides. The bus ride to our first stop was smooth and didn’t take too long. Once we got out of the bus the northern lights were on full display. They also had multiple professional cameras for people to take photos. Was truly an amazing experience and one that my fiancée and I will never forget.

Before the tip, we were waiting in a cozy warm room with terrible coffee though. The bus was nice to be honest, nice blue lights inside, very pleasant journey. After we arrived to the destination they said that we will go to some another place so we could be there alone. That was nice. On that second destination we were waiting! A lot! And nothing, just dark night. Although there were very nice stars. And then BUM. Aurora! The best thing in the world, we could see it with our own eyes! You have to be lucky to see the aurora, but you have to keep trying. This was our third day. Those 2 days before were cancelled. Thank you so much. We had like the best guides in the world. Super nice professionals.

Atte was great, explained everything, took us to a great location and patiently took a lot of photos as the aurora changed with us. Warm drinks and some biscuits definitely helped with the cold. Well worth it.
The aurora wasn’t very strong, but we were still able to see it, which was an amazing experience. Our guide, Mr. Alexis was very kind, friendly, and made the tour a lot of fun. We also really appreciated the warm drinks they provided. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a memory I’ll cherish for a lifetime!

It was a lovely experience, our tour guide SK is very experienced in finding auroras. We were unsure at first whether we were going to see it as the weather has been really bad the whole week, and also the same for the day they have finally decided to set out the tour. None of the stats were going our way but they believe that it is the right day to head for the hunt! And it was indeed our lucky day and we even managed to see dancing Aurora! SK was also very experienced explaining how they hunt for auroras, what we are looking at, what the different colours mean. We even got to see the red one with our naked eyes!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. My original booking for 26th Feb 2026 kept getting cancelled and was finally moved to 28th Feb. Since it was my first trip to Finland, I adjusted my flights to 1st March early morning just to make this aurora tour work. Before the trip, I specifically confirmed with their staff that we’d return by around 2:00–2:30 am. Instead, we got back at 4:00 am after an 8–9 hour trip (even going into Sweden), causing me to miss my flight and spend an extra £300 on a last-minute ticket. When I raised this, the manager refused to compensate me and simply refunded the tour to GetYourGuide—which I won’t even receive as it was a sponsored booking. On top of that, the “professional photos” were terrible—blurry, rushed, and not worth it. Completely unprofessional and careless. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Luca was an exceptional guide and truly made this experience unforgettable. He reached out ahead of time to let us know the tour start time had shifted slightly, which I really appreciated—it set the tone for how organized and thoughtful the entire experience would be. We met downtown at the main office and headed out with a small group of eight, which felt just right. Everything was clearly well planned, and Luca created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable and informed throughout the tour. I did this with my 10-year-old daughter, and it turned out to be one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences we’ll both remember for years. After some incredible viewing and photo opportunities, Luca built a fire where we warmed up with hot drinks and cookies—such a cozy and perfect ending to the evening. Absolutely worth it—100% recommend!

The guides Jeremias and Toni were awesome. We have got excellent views of the northern lights and the photographs were amazing. They never got tired of clicking more pictures. The complementary hot drinks at the start and while watching the northern lights made us feel more comfortable in cold weather conditions.
