What a spectacular evening. Our guide Toni knew the best spots to view the northern lights. We saw an incredible show. It was beyond words.

They went above and beyond to try to get the best Aurora experience for us all and even though it was a bad night for the lights, we still managed to get some decent pictures.

Tony and Max were great and made it our day, with our closest family! We had a beautiful northern light show and they knew exactly where to take the group.

The process was extremely seamless and they were on time. Our tour was for 20:00hrs and we left just a few minutes after that. The photos are unlimited and you would definitely get tired of them 🤣🤣 We only drive for nearly 50min, spent about 2hrs or so and were on our way back at around 22:30hrs They also offered hot drinks, water and biscuits which was a plus. No point paying 100s of pounds when these guys literally do the same job. Book Max & Toni! Lovely lads x

Well organised. We departed punctual . Our tour guide Nuutti and Ernik, were stellar. Took us to a superb locations. A clear night where we seen visible and beautiful northern lights at best. Unforgettable night.

We had an amazing experience as a family. From the start, Booklapland told us which night looked best and recommended what would work for our family. They were clear about how long the trip would take and how to prepare for it. At our first stop, there wasn't much activity at first. Then, out of nowhere, the northern lights appeared, and they were beautiful. We had to reposition our group, and as we were heading to the second site we thought we'd seen it all. At the second site, it started quietly again, but before long the sky lit up and dancing lights swirled right over our heads and across the entire sky. It was unbelievable. Our guides, Nutti and Etnik, were friendly, knowledgeable, and ran the tour very professionally. They even served hot drinks and biscuits, a nice touch on a cold night. We're so glad we did this, and we'd do it again in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour with Book Lapland! Our tour guides Nuuti and Etnik were awesome — they are so passionate about the Northern Lights and they were so competent in locating and showing us the lights in two different locations around Rovaniemi. They were also very obliging with taking multiple professional photos for us. We had wonderful once-in-a-lifetime views of the Northern Lights and this made our visit from Australia so worthwhile! We had two tours first one we weren’t lucky enough to see but Toni tried his best to get us to see the lights even taking us close to Norway ! but they got us in on the next nights tour and we saw the lights 30 mins outside Rovaniemi ! Toni and Lachin were great photographers and guides and took great care of us.

Wow! It was Amazing!!! First of all, Atte and Sara were Super friendly and provided all the details of what the hunt entails. Sara gave the historical talk of the how Arora borealis activity formed. They took us to a place near a lake (google map showed). As we pulled in to the area, we can see the Aurora band showed and it got intense. Started with one, then two, then three, then it just exploded in the sky, of course better seen with your camera. As the Aurora weakened and we got colder, Atte and Sara brought out the warm cider and cookies (native to Finland). Yummy!!! What an amazing experience and the best way to end my trip. This was one of the MOST amazing experiences of my life! Absolutely breathtaking. Sara and Atte were EXCELLENT guides. They explained what we would see, the science behind the Aurora, camera settings and practical info for when we arrived at the site. They took pictures of everyone and these were available to us via email the next day. Refreshments were also provided before and during the trip. Fantastic Aurora chase with Sara & Tuomo! When our first location wasn't good enough, they took us to a much better spot. They helped us find the perfect angle for photos and were so patient in the cold. Even as we were leaving, they spotted a final burst of Northern Lights and made sure we didn't miss it. A really cool experience. It was very easy to catch the van at the pickup point, and we headed straight to an open area to see the Northern Lights. The guide, Alexis, was also very attentive and shared some great stories about the Northern Lights and the city of Rovaniemi.

We had a wonderful Northern Lights hunt with SK, the tour guide and leader, and she made the experience truly special. Right from the beginning, she was extremely friendly, warm, and easy to connect with. She patiently explained everything about the Northern Lights, how they occur, what causes them, and answered all our questions with great enthusiasm. What I appreciated most was her dedication to making sure we actually experienced the Northern Lights. She took us to three or four different locations during the night, carefully looking for the best possible conditions and long. She also took so many beautiful pictures for us, giving us memories that we will cherish for a time. Working in the middle of the night, in such cold conditions, is not easy, but she remained energetic, positive, and completely focused on giving us the best possible experience. Alexi was a great guide. Kind, good host. We had a few days of rain but he found us a gear lights experience in Sweden. It was a long night, but worth it.

We originally had very low expectations because the chances of seeing the Northern Lights were so low. But thanks to our guide SK’s professionalism and experience, she took us to the right place, and we were incredibly lucky to see the Northern Lights dancing in the sky! We were given the option to cancel this booking on the day as there was loads of cloud cover, we were offered a full refund. They have not returned our money and will not answer emails. Terrible service to a customer.

Booking was little confusing since site offered only times before sundown,and office was empty in easter time, but emails confirmed correct time later. Otherwise friendly tour guides and professional photographers were nice addition since my own camera was quite bad in nightime photos. So pick them if you want to make sure that citys light pollution or camera issues do not ruin rare occasion, especially if you want to keep significant others happy.
