Super fun experience with Andrew! He's amazing. We had so much fun and enjoyed every single step in the snow. He made us experience the Elves' shower ( I will keep the secret) and made the best fire and barbecue to warm us up. He was entertaining and super helpful. Great Andrew!!!

Very bad experience with Arctic GM. About 16 hours before our tour they randomly cancelled it with no explanation. I then had to call them to get additional info - which was still sparse - and it takes up to 15 workdays to get my €200 refund. Very nice to waste people's time on such a short notice. Luckily we could book with a different, more helpful, company and still get our experience. Recommend booking with someone else; there are plenty to choose from.
Only the 4 of us on the tour. The guide Alexis was friendly, attentative and knowledgeable. He assisted us with the gear (snowshoes) and also offered additional warm clothing and took as on a easy and challenging route through the forest to a view point and treated us with a traditional baberque afterwards. The tour and company is highly recommended as they are professional from booking stage till the end. They offer a pick up and drop off service directly from your accomodation
Had the most amazing time with a perfect guide and after 15 minutes a group of wild rendeirs came across. even in the snowstorm the hike was beautiful
Awesome experience with a great tour guide! Pick up was prompt and the forest we went to was so peaceful and beautiful. We were the only people there! The vista outlook was amazing. The only thing I will say is the hike says easy but our group thought moderate was more appropriate. You have to trek uphill in the snow for at least a mile so be prepared but you will be rewarded with gorgeous views and a fun time!
It was a very beautiful and unforgettable walk in nature – simply perfect for relaxing. Our guide was Nikita, a great person. He supported us wherever he could and was always helpful. He took good care of us, and hiking with him was truly enjoyable. He was able to tell us a lot about the landscape and the frozen waterfalls. What stood out to me the most was that, from the very beginning, he said: ‘We are a team now. Everyone should look out for each other and be considerate.’ He kept moving to the front and back, talking to each of us. It was a really wonderful experience, and for that, I sincerely thank Nikita!
We had such a wonderful time. We had a unique experience in a fantastic space. Walter knows a lot about nature and made everyone on the tour feel at ease. He was very good at taking photos. The hot cocoa and hotdog was amazing.
We love it... The overall really keeps us warm while we walked through the nature trail... It is not difficult walk and we had a great time and experience. The BBQ hotdogs and hot choco are a good wrapping of this walk. Zak is so sweet, patient and helpful, pulling some of us to get out of the deep snow. We had lots of fun and laughters... Thanks Zak for making it memorable.
We had a fantastic tour with Mariangerita from Artic GM. Our snowshoe hike was a lot of fun, we could really enjoy nature at its best. The scenery is really breathtaking. We really enjoyed our snowshoeing adventure with Sofian. The park was beautiful, it was lovely to be surrounded by such beauty, freshly fallen snow, trees, wildlife, views, it had it all. Snowshoeing was new to us, and we had an option to rejoin the path anytime we wanted to. I found walking on the path made it easier to take in our surroundings. After a bit of a climb we reached a viewing point, with the most amazing views. We were lucky to be there on a lovely sunny days so we could see for miles in all directions. Sofian was very knowledgeable and informative. When we got back to the entrance area he cooked sausages for us on a kota grill, beautifully set beside the river. This gave us a chance to relax and chat with the other guests, and ask questions which Sofian answered with ease. Thanks to ArcticGM and Sofian for an unforgettable experience.
Super organization, super snowshoe hike in a snowy forest. It was like a fairy tale. Accompanied by two beautiful girls Natalia and Denise who followed and pampered us for the duration of the trip. Not a difficult path but in the end we were happy to sit around the barbecue to savor sausages and chocolate. Good girls, professional and always smiling.
Quite disappointed with this activity, because indeed my boyfriend made snowshoes without snowshoes .. I found it a little borderline that the guide Alberto did not check everyone’s equipment at the agency, which therefore generated at the exit of the van, an unpleasant surprise. Indeed my boyfriend's moonboots did not fit into the snowshoes... for the price it is a bit disappointing even if the guide made the effort not to put snowshoes for my friend. Nevertheless I want to put 3/5 because the landscapes are incredible, a real hike in the forest with viewpoint and snack during the activity. Despite the black spot of the snowshoes, thank you to Alberto for dropping us off on the way to Santa Claus village and adapting.
Very pleasant experience. They picked us up at the hotel and then did us the favor of dropping us off at Santa Claus Village to continue our day. They offer you helmet, waterproof jumpsuit very warm even gloves and boots if you need it. They explain the operation of the activity and the bike perfectly to make it safe and after the hour of adventure they offer you hot chocolate and a barbecue hot dog. That moment of tranquility is appreciated, then you are brought where you need. Very friendly all the staff and great experience.
Amazing views in a simply breathtaking landscape. Excellent choice of snowshoes that allowed us to pass through areas not beaten off the classic trail. The view and silence are priceless. The very good and prepared guide, was able to make us enjoy this experience.

Our guide Nicolas was great. Professional, attentive and able to adapt to the group he was wearing. He was very sensitive of how we were going at all times and as we told him we were very well he adapted the course and took us across country which is a bit harder. He told us that he tries to adapt to make people feel good according to their physical condition. He also explained a lot of things along the way about nature in Lapland and about the animals in the wild. He also taught us to recognize animal tracks. Come on, it was a 10 guide. Arctic GM has very good staff working. We have done 5 tours with them and we have no complaints, the other way around. Even the attention of the office is extraordinary!
