Disappointing service.perillap
The service included transportation to Ranua Zoo with entrance and lunch. The service was provided, however the transport was done in a poorly conditioned old vehicle. The heating was not working properly and outside it was very cold so the 1 hour trip was not pleasant, either to and from.
The service is limited to transportation, pick up tickets and reserve a table in the cafeteria for lunch, nothing special, and on top of that, the most important part that is transportation was uncomfortable. I would not repeat this agency for this activity.
