I originally planned to go the night before but it was understandably cancelled due to fog, and they rescheduled me to the next day with great communication and no issues! They had great communication.

Ok evening but there is room for improvement to make exceptional. It is a long evening and more could be done to improve. More information on the bus. Music on the bus. Rather than an app where you can read about the plan for the evening it would be better being delivered by one of the guys. Make it part of the aurora hunt adventure. Tell us about your experiences and how you hunt and what you have seen. It was disappointing to see a guy get off then get in and mumble to you about how conditions aren't right. This happened several times and you didn't really know how far the next attempt would be. It just felt because you had an app then human interaction isn't required. Guys weren't even friendly when taking photos or explain what you are seeing. For young kids it could be more informative. People returned to the bus as they had no idea how long the evening was going on for. Everyone expects the drive and late night but better information could make this easier. Good shout to have a bus with a toilet.

Easy to book through Viator, and communication with the company was excellent. I was able to easily reach them through WhatsApp at +358 41 3253131 whenever I had questions or concerns. I spoke with Dennis, who communicated clearly and honestly about our chances of seeing the Northern Lights. The weather around Rovaniemi was pretty cloudy, so we weren’t sure if we would actually be able to see anything. However, around 3 PM, we were notified that our driver would pick us up at 6 PM and take us out to search for a location with better visibility. I’m so glad my husband and I decided not to back out because we were both able to see the beautiful Northern Lights about 1.5–2 hours away from our resort! It was absolutely worth the drive and the uncertainty. Our guide, Paul, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He made the experience even better by offering us cookies and hot tea, and he took lots of photos and videos of all the guests. There were eight people total in our car, and everything felt comfortable and well organized. Another huge plus was the pickup and drop-off service. Our ticket originally stated that we would need to meet at their office, but I reached out to ask if they could pick us up at our resort, and they were kind enough to accommodate us. They also dropped us back off at our resort afterward. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this company to anyone hoping to see the Northern Lights in Rovaniemi! ✨💚 A few tips: - eat before you go - bring snacks and drinks (ok to bring a can of beer!) - dress warm for outside. Pretty hot inside the car. - expect to take a nap inside the car since we're driving to different places to catch the lights - expect to stay a few hours to see the whole northern lights show!! -bring cash to tip the guide!

We were most fortunate to see the amazing Northern Lights, thanks to our guides from Polar Lapland. Rasmus and Joona drove us to a beautiful spot where the lights were reflected in a lake. They were both friendly and enthusiastic, and patiently took many photos. It was also interesting to have Joona’s personal insight into Sami culture. He delivered us safely back to our hotel at tour’s end. We will remember this memorable event through the special photos.

The guide, Strawberry, was amazing! The first stop we went to had some nearby lights so they quickly went to another location which ended up being perfect. You can't control weather or nature but the conditions were perfect and they made the most of it.

I went on two small-group Northern Lights tours this week, both led by Romain who was a fantastic guide. The first night was very cloudy so we had a long drive to Sweden in search of clearer skies. We were only able to see a hint of aurora that night, nature can be unpredictable. I booked a second tour two nights later & got to witness a Northern Lights display that was more incredible than anything I ever could have imagined. A true once in a lifetime experience, shared with a small group of other tourists who were equally in awe of what we witnessed. I didn't take a single photo the whole night - Romain had got that covered. He took fantastic photos which captured memories & allowed us to fully experience the magic we were seeing. These were shared with us very quickly afterwards. Romain took us to a quiet spot & while waiting for the aurora to appear, we all stood and watched shooting stars and the milky way. It was very special. I'm very glad I booked a second tour after the first quieter night. I'd recommend Polar Lapland small group tours to anyone visiting Rovaniemi - you never know what you might get to see. Thanks a million for everything Romain!

Arturo and his team did a great job in finding the best place with the best looks for aurora. While we did get some good sightings at the first stop, that didn't stop them. They continued to look for a better spot and stopped at a second place where it's not just a ray but a whole dance of the aurora. The coach was also warm and comfortable. The photographer also kept taking as many photos as everyone asked for without any hesitation at all. Terrific job guys, thank you!!
