I was lucky enough to visit northern Finland and the birth place of Santa Claus which is Rovaniemi. It was an amazing experience visiting and exploring the polar nature. Although, there was no Snow yet but still, our amazing Guide RAFI made it a fun, informative and beautiful experience by perfectly managing all the schedules, tour activities, with his local knowledge and a lot of passion for his work. If anyone is coming to visit Rovaniemi, I definitely suggest having RAFI as their tour guide. He has a ton of experience about the area and knowledge to share which makes the tour way more easier and enjoyable at the same time! I wish him all the best in his career ♥️

I am very pleased with this tour service. From booking to instruction to pick up, actual tour and drop off everything was smooth. Our guide Allen was very knowledgeable, welcoming and pleasant. We arrived via Santa Claus train and he kindly picked us from train station and made sure that we had best of our trip. It was smooth without any delays as we visited in October. Meeting Santa Claus, reindeer ride, husky ride , meeting huskies all went smooth. Allen kindly dropped us at our location as well. I highly recommend their services including booking services. Maria dealt with all booking queries promptly. I shall book them again.

This one of our best experience in the Arctic Lapland visit. We enjoyed a lot and had a lot of fun. Our guide Rafi was a very smart and knowledgeable person, he knew all the legends and history about the Finnish Lapland and was always ready to answer all of our. He had everything planned for the tour so it went pretty smoothly. He explained us about the Arctic Circle and made us feel very special. If anyone is coming to visit Rovaniemi, I definitely suggest having Rafi as their local guide. I believe it will multiply the experience of visiting this beautiful arctic wonderland.

We booked the Santa Claus Village tour with Northern Future in October, and it was one of the highlights of our Lapland trip. Our guides, Milla and Claudia, were the reason it felt so special. They were warm, friendly and genuinely fun, and they got us excited about even the little things. They were also full of useful information about the village, the reindeer and the huskies, and they were always approachable and happy to answer questions. Logistics were smooth. Hotel pickup and drop-off were both right on time, and everything went exactly as planned. On the way back, they also gave us recommendations for good restaurants in Rovaniemi, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended, especially for couples and first-time visitors. Raffi was amazing - a fabulous day. So well organized, we got the main bits of Lapland done and dusted on our 1st day.

Overpriced and underwhelming. We spent most of the day queuing, only to do things we could have done ourselves for far less. Santa barely spoke to the kids, the reindeer ride was the same one available in the village for €50/€30, and nothing about the tour felt special or exclusive. A bite-sized chocolate at the end summed it up — minimal effort, maximum price. Emailed the company afterwards and never heard back.

We had a lovely time at both, the husky farm as well as the reindeer farm. A quick husky ride and a leisurely reindeer ride. Learnt a lot of them too. Our guide, Ifu, was very knowledgeable and resourceful. She picked us up spot on time and walked through every activity. Lastly we went to the santa claus village. Had a lovely time with Santa there and the other activities and attractions. Truly a day well spent. Thanks to Ifu, everything went so smoothly and seamlessly. Thank you once again.

It was a wonderful tour around the Santa Claus Village. Our guide Jade was extremely kind and helpful & gave us a wonderful tour. The activities of Husky & Reindeer Ride were also special.

You will paying three times more then if you buy ticket yourself and go there via bus. I just did some calculation total same activity cost 70euro per person. I just don’t think I will be doing this tour if I ever visited Lapland again. Only benefit was guide dropped me off to where I want that’s it.

An amazing and magical experience in Rovaniemi! Meeting Santa, riding the reindeer, and greeting the huskies was unforgettable. Everything was well organized, and our guide IFU was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lapland!

We went to see Santa Claus on January 1st! It was nothing but magical. Jade, our guide, was incredible. She accomodated us in every single way possible. She was so sweet and patient for every activity we did. We were there with our 6 years old daughter and would always fall behind because kids are kids and They do take longer with everything 😅 She was so understanding. She went above and beyond to make our day magical. She was always ready to help us take pictures, hold the gazillion bags we had, etc. As for the activity itself, it’s worth every single dime. The pickup was so easy and comfortable. The husky ride was great, we loved learning about the huskies and be so close to them. Same for the reindeer ride, it was magical.. Seeing Santa at the end (where we waited for less than 1h in the line), made our 6 years old and us believe in magic again. Santa was everything we expected and more. It was short, I’m not gonna lie, but again, I think that 2-3 min is more than enough to talk to Santa. We purchased all the pictures and video and it’s the best memory ever. So Jade, thank you so so much for the whole day, it was pure magic ♥️

We had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to our guide, Rafi. From meeting Santa Claus to the husky ride and the reindeer sleigh, every moment was perfectly organized and truly magical. Rafi is highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire trip engaging and enjoyable with his insights and stories. Jade was absolutely fantastic today from start to finish. We had 2 kids with us age 7 and 3. Having everything pre booked was the quickest way avoiding queues. Jade held onto our items each time and photos. She was brilliant

Amazing experience guided by Ifu. We went to meet Santa early in the morning and could meet him with barely any queue. The good thing was wherever we went, the queue was minimal, despite it being Christmas eve. Ifu took us to places where queues were less at the right time. The husky ride was the best of all and she even took some videos. It was a very good atmosphere. She was really very friendly and cooperative. Overall a great experience.

I had the best day ever here! All the staff were incredibly friendly, and a very special thank you to our guide Jade for taking such great care of us. She was so warm, enthusiastic, and truly amazing at her job. This experience wouldn’t have been the same without her!

We made a great trip to see reindeer and husky farm! We enjoyed a lot especially kids ! Huge thank to Mrs Jade as she guided us on each place and gave us a lot of interesting facts!

Great time with familiy in Winter wonderland. Meet Santa Claus and short talk with he. Beatiful dogs. We didn't eat any thing.

Santa claus village is a must do. The tour we went on added little value than actually taking a taxi to the village. The tour guide we had was continually rushing is all the time , which meant we could not enjoy the village. Tour guide had no local knowledge of finland and or Lapland. Don't waste your money on the "tour" , just get a taxi to the village early in the morning and discover at your own pace. Asked for a partial refund , as it was not what we paid for, travel company denied it with no reason.

We booked this for the final full day and it did not disappoint. We were picked up by our guide Irfu at the apartment we were staying at and taken to the Santa Claus Village. Once here we went and crossed the arctic circle which we later received a certificate to say that we had achieved this. Irfu gave us plenty of time and assistance in getting some lovely family photos together here too. From here we then went into the magical home of Santa Claus and Irfu checked us in and told us about the various magical doors and Time Machine. We went into Santa’s room and got to meet the real life Santa and have a chat with him. He is amazing and utterly mesmerising. The whole meet is recorded and we had 3 photos taken also. These do need to be purchased if you want them but you can get the 3 photos and video in digital form for €55 which is reasonable when compared to theme parks etc and does capture the most amazing moments. From Here we went to the shop, and then on to a meet of the reindeer and a sleigh ride. This is just the right amount of time on the sleigh and we all loved it. We then had some free time to explore and get some lunch. We met again after lunch and got taken to the Husky park. Here we checked in and saw some of the huskies before being taken on a husky sled ride, we all loved this as it was fast and fun. When we got off the sled ride we went to a hut where we were all given some Glöggi and some gingerbread biscuits which we all enjoyed. Here we had a real Musher explain lots about the park, the huskies and what they love and also how they are trained etc. After the hut we went and met more huskies and stroked them before leaving the park. This was the end of the trip but we decided to stay and do more on the Village and made our own way home but we could have been taken back to our apartment by Irfu if we wanted to. It was well worth doing as we managed to do so much and we didn’t have to queue for long to meet Santa, whereas later on the queue to visit him was extremely long out of the door. Thoroughly recommend this trip and Irfu was a fantastic guide too. 10/10

Picked up from our apartment, our day was fun and hassle free. Rafi was a great guide, knowledgeable and friendly. Rafi had done all of the organising so we didn't have to. The huskies and reindeer were great. Rafis car was comfortable and warm and he is a great driver! I recommend this fantastic experience!

Exceeded all expectations . Unbelievable experience . We all enjoyed every minutes . From meeting Santa to snowmobiling around the forest . Absolutely brilliant

Great day at Santa village. Got to see everything and our guide Ifu was amazing. Got to move around the village at a good pace, see everything and also have free time to play in the snow. Reindeer & husky rides were great. Thanks Ifu!

Rafi was nothing short of amazing. We had limited time and wanted to do other things. We took us to the excursions we had booked, showed us around the best areas. His knowledge was helpful about lapland. I recommend using him. Great from the start to that end.

Our guide, Jade, was wonderful in ensuring that our youngest to oldest, ages 1-73, were well taken care of and while visiting the various venues. The youngest thoroughly enjoyed the sled dog ride. While we had a time for our Santa visit at his office, it was still an hour wait and a bit difficult for the youngest. Be prepared as it is high season now.

What an amazing and memorable day for our family. Great host, Ifu and her trainee Ali. Very knowledgeable and made our adventure incredible. Great value for money, including transfers to and from hotel to Santaland and access to Santa, reindeers and huskies. Nice early start ensured we were first to meet Santa with no queues 🙌 and the whole day lasted about 7 hours. Fabulous experience and highly recommended.

Ifu was very helpful and knowledgeable. We very much enjoyed our day. Favourite bit was the quick huskey sled ride in the forest.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This tour was an absolute highlight of our trip to Lapland! The reindeer sleigh ride was serene and magical — slowly gliding through the snow-covered forest was like something out of a fairy tale. The reindeer were calm, well cared for, and the handlers shared interesting facts about them. The husky safari brought a whole different level of excitement. The dogs were full of energy and clearly loved to run. Riding through the snowy trails with them was exhilarating and beautiful. We also got to spend some time with the huskies afterward, which was a lovely touch. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel safe and well-organized. Warm drinks and a small BBQ by the fire added a cozy end to a truly memorable adventure. Highly recommend for animal lovers and anyone wanting a real taste of Lapland’s winter magic!
