Expensive experience. It is a small frozen lake with depth around 1meter. They supply 20cm fishing rod and small worm. Small fish bited the worm and gone. It is so smart

Our day of ice fishing 🎣 on a frozen lake and riding ATVs through the snowy evergreen forest was like a dream. Our kiddo’s favorite moment? Riding a snowmobile all by himself—he couldn’t stop smiling! The adventure was made even better with a delicious lunch in an igloo by the fire, complete with berry tea, delicious salmon soup, a lovely starter, and dessert. They even surprised our kiddo with gingerbread cookies, which made his day. From spotting reindeers to the magical winter scenery, every detail was perfect. Kate, our guide, was incredible and made the experience unforgettable along with our two other guides. A truly magical Christmas Trip memory! ❄️🎄✨
We booked not knowing what to expect . Collected in a private car and taken to the most beautiful remote location next to the lake. Our host was so attentive and ensured we did the things we wanted to do. A ride in forest on ATVs , snow fishing digging our own hole. Then in the most amazing igloo . traditional Finnish food. I would say al a carte experience . Also if you’re looking for a romantic place to propose to your love one … this is it . When we thought it can get no better, he gives us all the most gorgeous gifts. Worth every penny ! This is pure luxurious experience that we will certainly will do again !!

Truly amazing experience! I organized tbis tour for my husband’s 40th birthday gift. We did Snowmobile ride through forest, and on ice, we did ice fishing and finished the day with lunch in glass iglo. All the things we did were amazing, but what left the best impression is how kind, helpful and friendly the staff was! Our guides did a lot to accommodate us, and make our time there truly unique!
We've done a few tours here in Lapland and this is one of the absolute best! We were first picked up directly from the front door and then drove alone with our tour guide Katerina to a beautiful hut that lies between two frozen lakes. Since the organizers don't want large groups in order to offer a better experience, there were only the two of us + tour guide for the entire tour. After we were warmly wrapped up, we started: we ice fished for an hour - unfortunately this time without success.. then we went to a heated glass igloo where we were served a super delicious 3-course menu. A typical Finnish starter plate, a salmon soup and a blueberry cake with vanilla ice cream and blueberry sorbet. Afterwards we went snowmobiling through the forest, where we were also allowed to go for a ride alone. It was a really great trip that I can warmly recommend to everyone!

We booked the VIP Ice Fishing “ICEBREAKER” lunch in the glass igloo. Unfortunately, we received a notification one day prior that it had been canceled. There was no explanation given for the cancellation. Additionally, it is impossible to obtain any contact details for the provider. After the cancellation, the offer suddenly became €100 more expensive.
This was a truly excellent trip and one my children will remember in years to come. We were picked up at the hotel by Andrew. The transport was so comfortable and after a beautiful drive, we arrived at a beautifully quiet forest. There was an open fire to keep warm and the whole setting was stunning. Andrew showed us (2 adults, 8 year old and 6 year old) how to drill through the ice. The kids loved it. We fished for a while and caught 4 fish and had loads of bites. It snowed gently while we fished.l and we had warm blueberry juice and gingerbread. Once we’d had enough fishing, we were led to a beautiful glass igloo where we were served a fantastic meal. The whole experience was magical. A highlight of our holiday. Andrew was a fantastic guide throughout. Would absolutely recommend this trip.
I was shocked to receive a cancellation notice stating that they could no longer honor the original price. Upon checking, I discovered that the price for the same tour has now doubled. This sudden price hike and cancellation without prior notice is highly unethical and disrespectful to customers. It's a clear attempt to take advantage of travelers who have already committed to their plans. I urge potential travelers to exercise caution when booking tours with Scandinavian Experts. Their lack of transparency and integrity is unacceptable.

A really fantastic experience! Ice fishing was really fun. Traditional food including salmon soup, homemade blueberry pie with ice cream, and the smoked salmon sitting in an igloo around a fire was an amazing experience. We then had an opportunity to take the snow scooters on the lake and that was awesome too! Our guide was the best and I would highly recommend this experience!

What a fun trip ice fishing with our guide Andrew! He was so accommodating making sure we were all properly dressed for the sub zero temps and ensuring our lunch was suited to all the picky eaters in my family. We did have a couple nibbles but the super fun time came afterwards with the snow scooters and snowmobiles! Highly recommend!
We loved our experience with Andrei today- first he was very personable and taught us a lot about Finland- the location for the excursion was beautiful and we enjoyed walking out into the lake and drilling the hole- we even caught a fish! Lunch in the glass igloo was a memorable experience with our favorites being the salmon soup and hot blueberry juice. We were surprised to learn that we also got to snowmobile on the frozen lake which was an added fun bonus! Definitely recommend this experience to others!
Guide was very nice, he made everything that we feel comfortable, a lot info about life in Finland and Lapland, personal approach, very tasty and good quality food. Few levels higher compared to "mass" agencies. Definitely recommend!

This is a must do activity on your visit to Rovaniemi. This was our final tour in Lapland and we were treated like VIPSs from start to finish. We were picked up and dropped off in a private Mercedes people carrier and upon arrival served hot drinks and provided with appropriate outerwear. We then took turns snowmobiling followed by ice fishing. While we didn’t catch anything it was so much fun seeing fixing it a try and seeing how it’s done. We then had a very yummy three course lunch in a glass igloo with a fire in the middle. The food was delicious and presented really well. The icing on the cake was when I mentioned how we’d love a nice picture or paining of the gorgeous scenery and Alex brought his professional camera and got some photos for us! We were treated like the rich and famous from start to finish and Alex was the BEST host. We did not want the experience to end. We did this with our 9 and 4 year old and they both really enjoyed it. What made it great for them was the ability to standby the fire or go inside anytime they wanted to warm up or have a little break. Thank you so much for making our Lappish dreams come true!

Die Tour hat super viel Spaß gemacht. Nachdem wir morgens von unserem Guide Katharina abgeholt wurden, sind wir als erstes Eisfischen gegangen. Danach gab es ein super leckeres Mittagessen im Glasiglu und zuletzt haben wir noch eine Runde mit dem Schneescooter gedreht. Die ganze Tour über waren wir unter uns und haben auch unser eigenes Iglu während dem essen bekommen. Katharina hat sich super um uns gekümmert und war wahnsinnig nett. Die Tour war mein persönlicher Favorit von allen Touren die ich hier in Lapland gemacht habe und ich kann sie zu 100% weiterempfehlen!
A timeless experience with incredible guides. They pick us up and take the time for each activity on offer. The activity lasted 4 hours instead of 3 hours Very friendly guides listening and although we do not speak much English we were able to exchange throughout the day A unique snowmobile and ice fishing experience We had the chance to also make private dinner with the same group this is by far the best group you can find in Finland for all your activities

Le déjeuner dans l’igloo de verre était super et très typique, nous avons eu bien chaud et avons apprécié le déjeuner La pêche sympathique mais pas de poisson! Dommage! Par contre il était dit dans notre descriptif guide parlant français et le guide était très sympa mais ne parlait pas français ce qui était un peu difficile Petite déception sur le scooter des neiges car on tourne en rond sur le petit lac un peu court mais bon c est une autre façon de glisser sur la glace, La personne qui s est occupée de nous était aussi très aimable et sympathique puis Retour à l’hôtel directement Merci à vous deux pour cette expérience appréciée en votre compagnie

Great excursion where we are picked up in a private vehicle, taken to the edge of the lake where we go fishing. A glass igloo is heated by a wood fire to warm up and eat. Light but very good cuisine. The guide is very friendly and does not rush us. A nice little snowmobile ride but we stay on a designated circle so nothing exceptional. I recommend for the service given because we had a great time
Un paquete de experiencias perfecto y muy divertido. Nuestro guía Andrew fue fabuloso y cuidó cada detalle para que disfrutáramos y no pasáramos frío. Fuimos en familia, dos adultos y una niña de 7 años la cual no quería que se acabara ninguna de las actividades. Comenzamos pescando en el hielo. Andrew nos enseñó la técnica de pesca y conseguimos pescar dos pequeños salmones que devolvimos al lago. Continuamos almorzando con un Lunch súper delicioso y muy completo, mejor que en muchos restaurantes. Y terminamos nuestra súper experiencia con las motos de nieve, también para nuestra pequeña sin límites de vueltas. Acompañado con un precioso atardecer. De cada momento Andrew nos hizo fotografías con nuestra cámara y el trato es personalizado. Sin duda es una experiencia para repetir y comentar a todo nuestro entorno para que disfruten también.
