My review is only about the spa. Women's shower area privacy is compromised due to glossy walls, which work like a mirror and gives men voyeristic ability to view showering women by sitting in a tub, in spa near by the entrance to the women's area. There's no door between the spa area and supposedly private shower/sauna area, just a long corridor, which walls are reflective. I brought this matter to attention of the staff, who handled my feedback well, but before this issue is fixed, I can't recommend the spa.
Nice People, nice place with many activities. Accommodation is varied and generally nice and well kept. Some could do with a bit of an upgrade but all cabins have a good rustic feel about them. The staff are super helpful.
Stayed in a two bedroom apartment for a couple of nights. The apartment had pretty much everything one could hope for and everything worked well. It was very fresh and in a good condition because it was so recently built. The sauna was a nice addition and it was funny to see reindeer in the yard all the time. Checking in and out outside of the reception's opening hours went smoothly.
We are staying in a SC bungalow enjoying BB&D at the hotel. Since arrival at airport all services were EXCELLENT and on time. Buffet breakfasts & dinners are well prepared and of good quality. Ice clothing fits well and all excursions are well planned and executed. Well done!
What a nice place to stay, the spa is clean pool too! May be strange to Sauna like a local, but you get used to it! The food was well presented and filling, the staff were 110% great, helpful and supportive. Good for family and couples alike. Close to the lifts and other facilities. Only drawback, price of alcohol, but hey you are in the middle of nowhere! Just pay! I'd recommend and come back! Thanks Salla!
