Arctic Light Hotel

This Hotel was the best choice for our Santa Village stay! Their complementary breakfast was 5 star cuisine with fresh fruits and yogurts, warm eggs and bacon, and homemade breads. I loved their heated bathroom floor and cotton robes. Their customer service was world class! They even packed a meal for us for our super early flight. Each member was so kind and helpful. We will return!

Had a wonderful stay at Arctic Light Hotel! The hotel environment was very cozy and comfortable, and the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of delicious options. Special thanks to the front desk staff, especially Mark, who was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived quite early, and he kindly helped arrange an available room so we could check in earlier, which we really appreciated after the journey. He also did his best to accommodate our requests and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

It was extremely warm and cozy. The staff were highly cordial. Their sauna and gym are also worth mentioning. The rooms are very spacious and have a unique and rich vibe. They also provide discounts on certain leisure activities in rovaniemi. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the view great especially since the windows opened up to sunlight.

From initial booking right through check-out, the service was excellent. We arrived way earlier than standard check-in but with prior notice was able to help us settle in very comfortably. Mark T. from the Front Office who was on duty the night of 21st March even came up personally to help adjust our air-con temperature.
