Excellent tour with friendly knowledgeable guide
Ronald, our tour guide was spectacularly well-informed! A semi-retired police officer of 30 years who knows everyone and everywhere. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed him and the Cory of Rotterdam. I’ll recommend this company to everyone we know!
What a great experience. We booked a private tour for two people. Absolutely worth it. We are architecture junkies and Ronald knew it all.
It was a leisurely bike tour. John was very knowledgeable of the buildings and history of Rotterdam. He was very pleasant and answered any questions asked.
We’ve had a very fruitful experience for our first visit to Rotterdam due to this guided bike tour. The sights we stopped at were chosen wisely by the guide as we managed to spot the most spectacular views and places of interest in the beautiful city. The guide presented concisely and clearly the most important facts during the sightseeing, which made the tour quite interactive. The bikes were in good condition and various sizes are available to choose from. I definitely recommend this tour.
The experience was very nice with very good explanations of the history of Rotterdam and the various attractions that we covered, by the tour guide Michela.. The tour started and ended on time and all bicycles behaved..
What a great way to see some of Rotterdam highlights. We were late off the ferry and they did everything to get us to join the group a little later. Thank you for a fabulous start to our day visit.
An outstanding activity. We went over a number of bridges, down backstreets, and saw some famous sights as well. Although we crossed roads, there was no other mixing with traffic - it was a safe experience, and on good quality new bikes with easy gears. The guide, Ron was extrememly skilled at engaging us all, and providing cultural obervations as well. I wish I has booked the trip early in my visit for this reason. Definitely recommended
What a lovely, friendly and accommodating company. I had a fantastic tour around the highlights of Rotterdam with Jan. It was my first city bike tour and I would thoroughly recommend it. There's nothing like a tour with a local guide to get some insight into the city. I only had a morning passing through Rotterdam so thank you for making the tour happen!
Nice small group, informative and friendly guide. Route gave us a good view of the city and landmarks, which helped us plan the rest of our stay.
Ina is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is a genuine local and knows the city and the history well. The route takes you over several bridges and to varied sites in the city. Ina explained in good English how the city has grown from the devastation caused in WW2.
Very engaged tour guide took us on a nice trip through Rotterdam. Our trip took about 2,5 ours and was made to measure because of covid-19.
We really liked the tour around the city with our tour guide Erik! I can totally recommend to do a tour by bike as you can see much more compared to only walking and it is a lot of fun. Our tour lead us to really nice places and our tour guide told us interesting facts and gave us the chance to ask any questions we wanted to! The tour was a lot of fun and I can totally recommemd it!
We loved our tour! We went through the city and stopped about every 10min and our guide Erik told us about the history and the different buildings. I can only recommend doing a highlight tour through Rotterdam, we discovered so many beautiful spots around the city!
Myself and husband had a day in Rotterdam after getting off cruise..Ingrid was our guide for 3 hours. Great way to see Rotterdam and there was no way we would have seen all we did on foot. Easy cycle, Ingrid was great and so knowledgeable absolutely loved it totally recommend.
Great day great guide and learnt interesting facts and looked at great buildings. For stars as our English guide never turned up but as we know Afrikaans we understood a lot and the guide did speak a lot of English to us
Nice way to see the city. Tour was informative. Riding the bike through the city seemed logical with all the locals riding. The tour had plenty of stops and was not strenuous. Price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend the tour to anyone.
This tour is a must when visiting Rotterdam. My guide Marijn was outstanding and should us all the cool spots around the city with great context and historical facts to go along with them! Additionally, Marijn gave me tons of great tips about living in the city since I just moved here, his advice has paid huge dividends for me. Facilitated by amazing people in an outstanding city this tour is something everyone should do while in Rotterdam.

We lucked out with a small group of three for this extensive bike tour. The tour and our guide were top notch but the bicycles certainly were not. The three geared bikes did not change gears and some of the riding was more laboring than necessary than if using better bicycles. Especially on bridges!

To spice up our annual consultant meeting, this time in Rotterdam (participants from Vietnam, Singapore, Uruguay, USA, Europe), we wanted to plan some memorable activities. We searched the web for a bike tour, found numerous options, but only SeeRotterdam seriously draw our attention. Their proposition wasn't 'copy paste / we can do this for you in any city'. It turned out our gut feeling was right: SeeRotterdam tailored the tour to our needs. With great expertise and enthusiasm, Marijn guided us through Rotterdam. Once again Marijn, on behalf of all of us, thank you for a super trip!
Great way to enjoy the weather and the city of Rotterdam. The bike ride takes 2,5 to 3 hours and you'll see a lot of the highlights of Rotterdam. The guide knows a lot of the history of the city and has fun facts of almost all the buildings, statues and churches. Also, the bikes are great! If you have 3 hours to spare in the city, book this tour right away, it is worth it!
What a great tour. I joined the tour with an excellent guide who knew a lot about the city. Funny, interesting, fascinating. When you really want to join a great guided tour, book these guys!
What a fantastic way to see Rotterdam and learn aboud the city and his history. So much story's there are! Marijn knows a lot and he tells it very interesting. We went with a group of 14 and everyone was very exited and enthusiastic. Great job!

fantastic but we peddled over some bridges and was a long ride in a few spots and loved it all! lots of cool modern buildings

This was a great tour and a really great way to see the City, our guide was amazing and we all had fun ,he took us to places we would never have found..I would highly reccomend this tour..

I had a wonderful biking tour today! My guide was great! I strongly recommend! I had a 15km ride seeing The most important places in Rotterdam.
We were visiting Rotterdam for the first time and we wanted something else than a bus tour. As it was supposed to be good weather we decided to go with a bike tour. The tour lasted around 3 hours and we got to see most part of the city. The bikes were in good shape and our guide was friendly and had a lot of information about the surroundings. Also, i didn't find it expensive - 25 Euros per person. Overall, it was a great experience, highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy the city and to see it's beauty.
Marijn was such a great guide- not only is he super knowledgable and passionate about Rotterdam but also so willing to help you make your stay as fun as possible! The tour covered everything I would have wanted to see, gave a solid background story and you experience everything from a bike (not only is this super Dutch but allows you to go into places like Markthal/Fenix Food Factory). Definitely the best starting point and way to get an overview of the city!!!!
My daughter, friend and I had a great time exploring and learning all about this beautiful city! We loved SeeRotterdam! Thank you for showing and sharing so much insight and history all while comfortably riding through this town. Biking was the perfect way to see so much in this popular two-wheel city. The bike lanes are large and make it easy to get around. Also, our tour was on a Sunday, which meant crowds and cars were lighter too. Our tour guide, and owner, did an awesome job of doing a dual-language tour which we appreciated very much all the time he spent translating everything to our English ears. We saw more with SeeRotterdam than we ever would have on our own. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting beautiful Rotterdam!
Me and my girlfriend did the tour and as it was my first time in Rotterdam and my first bike tour I wasn't sure what to expect. The tour is really good fun! A great way to see the city and the information is given clearly and with humour :) 100 percent recommend if you are in the lovely city of Rotterdam !
As a family of four (2 adults, 2 children ages 14 and 11) we enjoyed a 3 hour bicycle tour of Rotterdam. We had a great time, and touring the city by bicycle was the perfect way to see the sights and learn about the city. It was very easy to get around, and the bikes we used were all 7-speed, in excellent condition, with a smooth ride and easy operability. Our 11 year old had no problem getting a bike fitted for her height and she managed easily around the city. Our entire party had 8 people including us, and our guide spoke Dutch and English. Unfortunately, 2 members in our party did not know English, and we do not know Dutch, so our guide had to give his explanations twice. This did not take away from our experience, but made our excursion slightly longer. We began our tour at Centraal Station Rotterdam; our meeting point was easy to find. Our tour included stops at City Hall, Timmerhuis, Laurenskerk, Markthal, the Cube Houses, Willemsburg, Erasmusbrug, tea/coffee at Fenux Food Factory, Port of Rotterdam / Hotel New York. While the tour did not emphasize art and architecture as much as I had hoped, we got a good overview of the history of the city and major buildings and landmarks. (Note: the high for the day was supposed to be 57 F. But it turned out to be a very cold 57! Everyone was wearing parkas and some people had hats, scarves, and gloves. We all wish we had dressed more warmly.) Overall, it was time very well spent. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and pleasant and this proved to be one of the top highlights of our vacation in the Netherlands.
My friend, her son (15) and me visited Rotterdam for two days only. For our first morning we had booked the bike tour to get a first impression of the city and to get orientated. We met Marijn and three other people at the bicycle parking in front of the Centraal Station. We were a bit confused because on the booking confirmation, that was send within minutes after booking, the meeting point was described as on the “far right corner”. That of course depends on which side you are coming from! NOT coming out of the station it is more the left corner of the square in front of the station. We received really good bikes and left for an interesting four hour tour. We learned a lot about how the harbour was founded and why the guy, who had the idea, is not a local hero, we heard about Erasmus, the Second World War, the modern architecture and the concept of rebuilding the city, we walked through the market-hall and heard amazing facts and mistakes that were made when building it. We crossed the Willems-Bridge, stopped at the old Cruise-Terminal, had a coffee in Katendrecht in a small fancy Café and came back to the Center by the Erasmus-Bridge. We really got an insight into all parts of the city and we discovered so many things that we would never have seen by walking on our own. Marijn spoke very good English with our international group, so that everybody understood everything. I had time to take photos and we were never in a rush. We had a really great tour and we would definitely do it again with seeRotterdam.
This tour was a really great way to see Rotterdam and good fun to ride on the bike too. Marijn was so friendly and offers a really good local insight to Rotterdam. We would definitely recommend!
My family and I travelled to Rotterdam as part of our European cruise; it was the first destination. We originally went with a different tour, but the night before we flew out to Europe, they cancelled us! We called SeeRotterdam and Linda picked up the phone on the first ring! Her sparkle and excitement to meet a large family and take us wherever we wanted to go for whatever time frame we had renewed our hope for a good time. It's difficult to call Europe from here in the States, of all the tours we chose, Linda was the most accessible. We had the time of our lives with Linda, and we are so glad the original trip cancelled! When we got to Rotterdam, Linda met us right where she said she would, and we were off to see the sights. We saw E V E R Y T H I N G. All the famous things, the Markthal, the Cube Houses, landmarks to the war. She seemed to know something about everything, and would stop at each location with a little gem of jaw dropping information before we took off again. My dad and mom are in their fifties, with us kids between 18 and 29, and we'd be alternately laughing from something comical she said or amazed at the magnificent oddly shaped and colored skyscrapers, bullet scarred walls of an old building, a collapsed church, the Pixar designed Markthal. Her English was wonderful as well. We stopped at a fascinating place for lunch, the best coffee and treats. We went through "Du Park", which was the most beautiful place I have ever travelled to (much more luxurious and green than Beverly Hills). We saw the tunnel built in the 1940s, end construction by the Nazis, that people still use to go under the river to this day. This was not just seeing things on the fly, but experiencing each thing, and Linda encouraged us to stop and enjoy. Because of Linda, my family has fallen in love with Rotterdam and its beautiful architecture, history, tall people, and young and fun and rich and old. We are determined to return, and we will definitely be working with her again. She felt like our best friend, though she was professional and intuitive, even bringing rain slickers for those of us that weren't prepared for a sprinkle in the morning. The bikes we used were excellent, and they had interesting locks, so we could stop anywhere. We even stopped and got on a Spido boat tour at one point to tour the harbor! At the end of our tour, each of us got a Dutch kiss on the cheek and when someone mentioned/asked her about Dutch music artists, she lit up and said "Do you want to go see some Dutch music? Sure!" You felt like anything you wanted to experience in Rotterdam, she would make possible. We became so comfortable with the city that the next day the seven of us walked across and explored on foot, something we don't do often. Everything is close to the ship harbor. Linda deserves five stars! Request her tour... you will have the time of your life!
Linda is very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic!!! Would recommend everyone visiting Rotterdam to take a bike tour with Linda or Marijn. Really impressed with all the tips and information given. A perfect way to learn more about Rotterdam and what moves the people! Thank you Linda!
Don't hesitate to book the tour. Not only is visiting Rotterdam by bike a great way to discover the city, but the guide Marijn does the job perfectly!!
It was a very nice highlights bike tour through Rotterdam, the guide was very enthusiastic and she told us a lot. Bikes are fine! We had a nice afternoon. The sisters-in-law😄
Magnificent tour in the company of Ron. A personalized tour based on our interests and tastes, and extremely interesting. We highly recommend it, such a fun and active way to discover the lovely city of Rotterdam!
Had fantastic experience with the tour and the great guide!!!
Very friendly welcome and Jan was a very good guide. A real local with good and clear info, very clear voice and nice anecdotes.
A bike tour through the city gives, in my opinion, an immediate overview of the location of the main attractions. On the chosen tour we were informed, with not too much detail, about the how and why of the Rotterdam attractions. The adept guide and the limited and convivial group made us enjoy it!
Nice tour, nice guide! And lovely city!
Would definitely do it again, it was a lot of fun to explore the city this way and I got a lot of info.
Fun bike tour of almost 3 hours through Rotterdan along the highlights. Lots of interesting information from our travel guide Tamara. Highly recommended. Fine bikes and when it started to rain we all got a poncho. By the time we had them on the shower was over happy, but well prepared!
This was a very nice way to explore the city and visit and see most of the highlights in 2.5 hours. With a great guide, who knows the city like the back of her hand and tells fun historical facts. Good to do for all ages. Really enjoyed it.
We made the bike ride with Daan, it was fun, he explained the history of Rotterdam very well and we saw a lot. Thank you Daan!
We had an outing with the team in Rotterdam. The guide of the bike tour was our 'old' colleague Gordon. How well he is doing! Nice route with places to stop and provide us with information. He has a lot of knowledge. Still time for something to drink along the way. We enjoyed it. Thanks Gordon!
Very fun, interesting and relaxed bike tour, where you get to see all the highlights and hear the most important. Friendly guide (Floor) and owner (Marijn). We brought our own bikes, but the company's bikes also look very good. You can also rent them for the rest of the day, so you can see a lot of Rotterdam. We definitely recommend this company!
Fantastic cycling trip! Super fun guide that really shows you all the ins &outs of Rotterdam. In particular, the history and architectural consequences of the WWII bombings were very impressive.
