Supernova Hotel

The perfect basecamp for exploring Rotterdam. The hotel has everything you need: friendly staff, a cool lobby, comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, and a lovely garden. Hop on one of the Supernova bikes, and you’ll be in the city's cultural heart in no time. Highly recommended!

5 of us came from the UK on a boys' weekend and wanted a fairly central hotel for a reasonable price. This is a lovely hotel, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with free coffee and tea. Service throughout was excellent, friendly and efficient from reception through to the bar. Slight minuses..the shower in my room had no lip so I could not avoid flooding the bathroom! Like so many hotels now there is a glass door on the bathroom, not very private if friends are sharing! The main thing is there are 4 floors and no lift which we did not know.

We traveled from th U.S. with our son so that he could attend Twitchcon, and his mother and I could explore the city. We found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and accomondating. The rooms were comfortable and ours had a big open area shower and two sinks in the bathroom. Also air conditioned, which we Americans love our air! A short walk opened into shops and dining places to explore. A 15 minute walk to the train station allowed us to explore other areas. A nice selection at breakfast made for an easy start to the day, and drinks prepared onsite made for a relaxing end of the evening. I was well pleased, and would stay there again without hesitation.

Love this place. Beautifully thought out interior. A listening room complete with vinyl and player add a nice touch to the lobby. Coffee table books make for pleasant browsing over coffee in the morning. Staff are always friendly and warm, the owner too is approachable and happy to talk. Thank you for a pleasant stay as always.
