We wanted to try this location since we had a wonderful stay at the location in Breda last year. When we checked in our room it had a strange smell lukily we could get another room. For cleaning service we had to book otherwise they will only clean it once every 4 days. We booked to clean twice and they didn’t come so we called reception and also messaged the 24/7 number but they replied a day later after the problem was fixed. The day after they didn’t come we asked the cleaner if we were on the list because they skipped our room twice. She reacted very cold. Also they start very late with cleaning around 4/5 PM when the day is almost over. The one positive thing i have to say is that the reception staff was very friendly. Sadly we won’t be visiting this location anymore.

Had a wonderful stay in the Hotel. The staff are good with customer service and delivered well. I want to specially thank Delencia and Mike from the reception who assisted in checking in. The team at the breakfast services were equally good and helpful. Will definitely be back to staying there. The room was clean as well
Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly helpful staff. Generous with coffee supplies. Air con effective and quiet. Room quiet and clean. Excellent bathroom. Step up from the street and step over I to the balcony made it less accessible than it could have been for the person in our group with reduced mobility. Appreciated the 12:00 check out time. Great location for riverside bars and public transport.
This hotel is highly recommended in many ways. It is very well located, in a quiet area, which is perfect for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast, the accommodation, and especially the friendliness of the staff were excellent. We stayed here as a family: grandparents with eight grandchildren aged between 12 and 18. The hotel is very child-friendly, and all the grandchildren were very satisfied — and teenagers are usually the most critical guests! For us, this hotel was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for everyone!
Great location, but lacks warmth. "I stayed at this hotel for 5 night, but the experience was quite mediocre. The room: The modern style with vintage touches is pleasant, but honestly, it’s nothing special. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a higher level of comfort and finishing; in the end, it’s just an average room. Services: The breakfast was a disappointment—very basic with very little variety, not at all what you’d expect from this category of hotel. Furthermore, the property completely lacks essential facilities like a gym or a sauna. Hospitality: While the self-service check-in is easy and intuitive, it makes the whole experience feel extremely impersonal. This coldness is reflected in the staff as well; I found them detached and showing little interest in the guests—a lack of warmth I haven't encountered in other hotels of the same level. The highlight: The only true positive is the location; the hotel is strategically placed for exploring Rotterdam on foot. In short: it’s fine if you just need a bed in the city center, but don’t expect the services or the attention of a real 4-star hotel."
