Room Mate Bruno Hotel

This is an excellent hotel, especially if you are cruising from Rotterdam! It is right across from the cruise terminal. What makes it even better is the staff! Everyone is great, the front desk staff were so helpful. The breakfast staff were great! They let me slip in and get a cup of coffee while my wife slept a little later, I really needed the coffee! Breakfast buffet was very good! We ate at the Food Hallen right next door, so many choices, we had a great pizza! What an excellent hotel! There was a noise issue from 2am to 4am from racing motorcycles and the front staff said the police were addressing the issue. Only negative to the experience.

I travel to Rotterdam regularly for both work and with my family, and we always choose to stay at Hotel Bruno. Firstly, the staff have always been fantastic friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, and the modern décor throughout the hotel gives it a really nice feel. Breakfast has plenty of options, and once again, the breakfast staff are excellent and always friendly. Another big plus is having the Foodhallen right next door. It’s perfect if you fancy grabbing something to eat or having a drink without going too far, and it’s also great when travelling with kids. The location is excellent too, making it really easy to get around Rotterdam. The only small thing I miss is some of the little extras that used to be provided in the rooms. I’ve forgotten my toothbrush a few times over the years, and the spare Bruno provided definitely came in handy! Overall, we’ve stayed here many times and continue to come back for a reason. A great hotel, great staff and a great location. I would definitely recommend Hotel Bruno to anyone visiting Rotterdam.

For the second year in a row we had the pleasure of staying at the Room Mate Bruno during TwitchCon Rotterdam. The hotel is perfectly located, comfortable, the breakfast is definitely worth it and helped us get a great start to each day. Most importantly, however, was how attentive, genuine, helpful and friendly the staff are. On both occassions we were met with and assisted by Pedro everyday, he made us feel so looked after and welcome. He gave us great tips, made us laugh and made us feel at home. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Thanks again Pedro & The Room Mate Bruno, we hope to see you in the near future.

A rarely wonderful experience at a hotel, and I travel A LOT. The staff is exceptionally nice, the rooms were clean and spacious, and when I left the “don’t clean my room sign”, they really didn’t change the towels (you’d be surprised how many times I’ve had this request ignored). There is live music on Fridays and Saturdays, the patio area is the coolest ever, they have a self-service little store in case you need something urgent (toothbrush, deodorant, candy etc.). The checkout and breakfast is until 12pm which is amazing, and the hair dryer even has a diffuser for us curlies! There is a gym and an infrared sauna. The location is super convenient, 15 min tram ride to the center, or a 30 min walk. They even packed me the cutest lunch box because I couldn’t make it on time for breakfast the last day. 🥹 Would stay here again definitely!
