Nhow Rotterdam Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at nhow Rotterdam! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, modern and perfectly located. I was able to walk to almost everything from the hotel, which was really convenient. The staff was also incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. They were very kind and quick to respond to my emails, which I really appreciated. Thank you so much to the whole team for your kindness and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at nhow Rotterdam in July and, apart from the issue described below, we really enjoyed the hotel. The room was excellent, the view was amazing, and the location was great. Unfortunately, we had a very difficult experience during our stay. In the middle of the night, we had to evacuate the hotel due to a burst pipe. Although we were eventually able to return to our room, we were required to check out one day earlier than planned the following day. At the time, we were assured that we would receive a refund for the unused night. We also did not receive the two breakfasts that were included in our stay. Because we had to leave unexpectedly, we had to find another hotel at very short notice, which was significantly more expensive due to the high demand and last-minute booking. It has now been two months. We have contacted the hotel manager three times regarding the promised refund, but we have received neither a response nor the refund. I normally do not leave negative reviews, and I would much rather resolve this directly with the hotel. The hotel itself was great, which makes the lack of communication afterwards even more disappointing. However, after three unanswered messages and two months without any resolution, I unfortunately don't see another option. I would be very happy to update or remove this review as soon as the issue is resolved. I hope the hotel will take the time to look into this and finally resolve the matter.

This hotel was amazing!! The staff was very kind and accommodating. I was part of a very large group staying there for a convention, and the nhow team really did take care of all of our needs. Hosting a large group is a lot of work, and it takes a lot of patience... and we wanted to make sure that we were as kind as possible to make their job easier, and they were truly, truly helpful to us. Especially being that most of us were from out of the country and so we needed help to find places to eat and find grocery stores and things like that. Wonderful location in Rotterdam that was close to a lot of things, but also being across the bridge, it was a little quieter, which was nice for when we just wanted to rest after a long day. The rooms were beautiful, cleaned every day, the amenities were beautiful, good hot shower, pretty views from each room. It really was a nice experience for myself and my family, and my whole international family that was visiting. DANK U ZEER!!

We stayed at nhow Rotterdam for a one-night stop on our road trip, and it was such a great experience. We were placed on the 22nd floor, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic, with an incredible selection where you could grab pretty much whatever you wanted. ​The absolute highlight of our stay, however, was Anika at the front desk. She was amazing, so friendly, sweet, and incredibly professional. She answered all our questions and helped us with everything we needed. Employees like her make a stay truly memorable! ​My only tiny critique is a personal quirk.. the TV being mounted off-center was a slightly unusual layout choice. But that’s a minor detail in a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come back!
