Terrible experience – Safety hazard for families with babies! (0/5 stars) ​We are extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel at all. The property is run-down and dirty, offering absolutely no comfort or relaxation for a family. ​Our room was an unbearable 40 degrees Celsius. Even though it cooled down outside at night, the heat remained trapped inside the room. We explicitly informed the staff that we were traveling with a baby, but there was zero empathy or customer service. ​We had to ask twice just to get a single fan, which turned out to be so weak it was barely usable. When we asked for a second fan to create a proper breeze for the baby, management completely refused to accommodate us. Furthermore, they refused to open the hallway windows to allow some cross-ventilation through the building. ​Because of the extreme heat, our baby could not sleep at all. This isn't just a matter of discomfort; keeping an infant in a 40-degree room without proper ventilation is a serious safety hazard. ​This stay was an absolute nightmare and a complete waste of money. Do not stay here if you value cleanliness, service, or your family's well-being.

I had quite a poor experience. The hotel looks great, the staff was kind, and the rooms are decent, but the bath and WC were no clear (I won't get into details...), the window overlooked a balcony connecting several rooms, so as a woman I didn't feel very safe with an window open. However there was no AC (it was a solid 30°C inside that room thanks to a heat wave). The Hotel is also located right next to a large intersection. So it's very central, and very noisy.

The room has no ac and it's so hot, and if you open the window there is a lot of outside noice from honking cars the whole nights. It's very central wich is nice but too much if you need to open the window because of thw heat. The cleaning was not even happening. We chose to only have the cleaning service for one day out of 8, and they did not clean anything, only changed the towels.. not even the toilet did they clean. However, the staff is nice tho, so that's a plus.

My 6-night stay at this hotel was flawless. The front desk was well-staffed, the Superior Room I chose was comfortable with plenty of space, the noise level outside was not an issue when I stayed (unlike some reviews have said), the location was convenient. My friends and I had a blast staying here. If I am to visit Rotterdam again, I can count on booking a room here.
