Perfect stay for business – Highly recommended!
I recently stayed at the CitizenM Rotterdam for a business trip, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is incredibly modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with the business traveler in mind.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and the services are perfectly tailored for work efficiency. The overall quality—from the comfort of the rooms to the high-speed tech and seamless check-in process—is outstanding. If you are looking for a functional, smart, and comfortable base in Rotterdam, this is definitely the place to be.
I stayed with my partner and it was a great experience. The hotel is spotless, great location, really good breakfast and the best part, the service. Everyone was super nice, helpful and professional. Shoutout to Tigray, Marcela, Kim and Siria, you made our stay even better.
Nice hotel. The location is perfect and it is near the yellow box houses. Rooms are compact.
One of the biggest highlights is the location—right next to Markthal, Cube Houses, and Blaak station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. friendly and helpful staff, the service are welcoming and efficient.
The hotel follows a modern, tech-driven concept with self check-in, smart room controls, and stylish interiors. Rooms are very clean, and the bed is very comfortable and large.
Excellent location prefect for seeing lots of places and the cube houses. Lots of eating places to choose from. But my advice is to stay away from 91 spices restaurant next door. Rubbish service there and very expensive to eat there.
Regarding the hotel. It’s beautiful high technology and cashless hotel. Slept like a dream … fantastic staff and very knowledgeable. The manager Joose is a fantastic gentleman.. very helpful and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend this hotel .. it’s a wonderful warm and clean place .. lounge area is so relaxing and amazing area .. lots to look at.
Bedroom is very unique and loved the extra large square king size bed. I am sooo in love with the shower.. wow .. the little shower head has a massage water pressure … so relaxing. Good pressure shower system here. Will definitely be coming back 😊
Room 444 had a fantastic view and was very clean. All the equipment worked perfectly, and it was very convenient to control everything from the tablet. The mattress was extremely comfortable.
There are some visible signs of wear in the hotel, but they do not affect the overall quality of the stay. I also enjoyed the many interesting details in the lobby — decorations and information in the corridors about international traditions, which added a nice cultural touch.
The breakfast was quite good overall, although I didn’t particularly like the coffee. Perhaps it would be worth considering higher-quality coffee beans.
The hotel also offers convenient services such as luggage storage, work rooms, plenty of seating areas in the lobby, and even a vending machine for umbrella rentals.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The international staff was very friendly, and it was especially pleasant that someone even spoke my native Lithuanian — that was a very nice and unexpected moment.
