Historical building with modern but chic decor. Staff were absolutely great. They managed to source a bike for me to ride around town. Location is very central to the Briel Historical Museum and the Working Windmill. Rooms are very quiet and I have to say a very comfortable night's sleep.
Had some coffee and soft drinks in the restaurant. The service was really nice and friendly. They even brought water and snacks for our dog. Coffee was great and the interior is beautiful. The rooms of the hotel must be very pretty as well. Dogs are allowed in the restaurant.
The perfect Boutique Hotel if you ask me, embedded in a beautiful small town with great bars and restaurants.
Love this little village and this hotel is the “icing on the cake”. Beautiful place with a wonderful staff. We talked with three of them and the all were efficient, engaging, and made sure everything was good. We were made to feel very welcome and would gladly return here. Room was very clean and comfortable, hotel overall is gorgeous and centrally located.
Very beautiful, fresh and stylish rooms and the whole building’s interior. However, there are questions about convenience: the shower was in the room itself , no separate bathroom, which is pretty uncomfortable when you travel with a family, but I guess it’s totally ok for a couple. Also, there was quite a lot of dust unfortunately. Otherwise, the service was good and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast was ok. I think we will return here when we’re back in the town, just will have to chose the room in advance.
