Velocity Valley Rotorua

So much fun and the staff were all absolutely amazing which made the experience even more memorable!

We are a mature couple 50s we did the Vertgo Drop, the Swoop our guides were young guys full of personality and made this even more funnier. These sort of team members make the experience very memorable. We enjoyed the rides that much, we then went on to the Jet Sprint boat, We met a new team.member, who had such a fabulous personality and made this ride, you would never forget. There sense of humour is hilarious A must do park. Book a head do all the rides Great fun

Took the family to Velocity Valley for my sisters birthday and left with some great memories, hilarious videos and aching ribs from laughing so hard. Every single one of the staff are consumate professionals, and are an absolute masterclass of how hospitality should be. Immediately bringing the vibe up the second we walked in the door. A special mention to the jet boat operator Te Rangi, who gave my nephew the ride of his life, and my nieces an early shower! Highly recommended for a day out. Well done team, you should all be very proud of the service you provide.

Staff were great,which for us is 1/2 the experience. Good value, had a ball. Its great too that anyone can turn up to just watch. No extra fee for them. Proud to be a Kiwi.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Velocity Park in Rotorua! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the very beginning, making the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. You can really tell they care about their guests and go out of their way to ensure everyone has a great time. The events are exciting, well-organized, and a lot of fun – there’s always something cool happening that keeps the energy high. While it is a bit on the expensive side, the quality of the experience more than makes up for it. What really stood out to me was how flexible and understanding the team is. If something doesn’t go quite as planned, they are quick to help and find a solution, which makes a huge difference. Overall, despite the higher price, I can absolutely recommend Velocity Park. It’s a top-notch experience with amazing people and great vibes!

Staff were so cool, knowledgeable, safe, and patient. I mention patience because it takes a bit of courage to pull the rip cord to let yourself fall and swing (talking about the Swoop). Worth it!

I had the best time at Velocity Valley! I rocked up by myself, and all the staff were super lovely and encouraging. All the operators had an amazing eye for detail, which made you feel safe and supported through all of the different adrenaline-filled activities. I did the Agrojet, Swoop, Shweeb and Vertigo rides. The highlight was definitely the Vertigo ride, a 43m freefall into a giant net, fully unattached! I was so nervous, but extremely glad I did it. I couldn't recommend this place enough. If you are in Rotorua, it is a MUST DO! Thanks team 🙌 Olly

The bike was awesome. Would have loved to do more but was raining and we had already been soaked for 2 days.

Sam very kind and energetic person and park was so much fun. The technicians were deadset legends making it an all round super fun experience. The photo and video quality is top notch. Highly recommend as a must do in Rotorua
