Rotorua Ziplines - Zipline Over Waterfalls - Free Sauna

Johnny and Ellie were absolutely amazing! They made the whole experience so much fun, sharing a few laughs and jokes along the way while clearly explaining all the safety requirements and what to expect on each zipline. Even though I was absolutely terrified of the zipline, Johnny did a fantastic job of easing my nerves and making me feel more comfortable. When we got to the bridge, I was seriously scared, but Ellie helped me through the entire experience, holding my hand the whole way. Sorry, Ellie, I may have temporarily stopped the circulation in your wrist! 😢😂 I honestly couldn't have done it without you. I have absolutely no regrets! I faced my fears, stepped outside my comfort zone and loved every moment of it. I highly recommend this experience to anyone, and if you're lucky enough to have Johnny and Ellie as your guides, you're in for an amazing time! Got met by a staff member and set up with gear then a short drive to the first zipline . Felt safe the whole time with each zipline run . Thanks Johnny and Meg you were both great , hope you liked my photos .

The whole adventure was fantastic, combining adrenaline, stunning scenery and a real connection with New Zealand’s beautiful native forest. A huge shout-out to our guides, Meg and Johnny, who were absolutely brilliant! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience. Their enthusiasm made the adventure even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Rotorua — a perfect mix of fun, adventure and nature. We were warmly welcomed by our guides Ruby and Alice. They were really great, also taking the time to get to know us a bit before heading out and also while on the ziplines. The zipline experience was also great, we also got some information on the area, plants, trees and animals. There were 4 ziplines, which could be crossed in different ways. One we could even do upside down if we wanted. I would defeinetely recommend this, especially if you get Ruby and Alice as your guides!

Ollie and Ruby were great, professional, comical in their delivery, engaging, informative and really friendly. My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. 4 zip lines, the walking bridge, the Kawakawa drink, and the love hearts provide an amazing experience that is well worth the money. Highly recommend

Absolute epic experience. Alice and Cullum were great guides and were awesome with my 9 year old daughter! Zipping over native bush and a waterfall was a one of a kind experience. Highly recommend doing this tour!

What a bit of craic! Our guides Ellie and Callum were so professional and funny. They also include a quick chat on the importance of the ecological landscape- they talk about the local wildlife and plants - and you get a drink of ‘tea’ halfway through. The zip- lining is honestly the best fun - each line gets slightly more difficult but it’s ok to go at your pace - and if you don’t feel comfortable there’s absolutely no pressure The waterfall was just magical I would definitely go again - if I didn’t live in Ireland but the best I can do is tell you Definitely go - you’ll absolutely love/ enjoy this experience Callum and Ellie you were fabulous! Thank you for some amazing memories! Note to your boss - these two need a pay rise! 😉

What a great Morning !!! Met by Ruby and Jonnie the Legends of the Forest , Professional safety brief all questions answered and off we went a short drive and then we got hooked up over the Falls we went, the sound of the crashing water beneath , We were lucky as only three of us on the tour so think we got a more personal adventure Jonnie and Ruby bounce off each other and are a very good funny double act 😂😂😂😂 We also learnt about the company’s efforts to re plant a tree for every user of there events to re forest the area !! Fantastic morning , Adrenalin quota topped up very happy to recommend and unlike other themed companies Jonnie took photos of us during our five or six rides and they were uploaded onto our phones by the time we were back in our cars all done for free !!!! What a fabulous morning with Nui and Lexi. Some in our group had never zipined before and they made all of us feel very safe while sharing lots of interesting info about the habitat that we were traveling through. Lunch at the nearby cafe and white water rafting in the afternoon made for a most memorable day.

Firstly, the experience was MADE by our amazing tour guides, Ollie and Nui. They're the people!! Enjoyed listening to their humor, especially their knowledge about the ngahere and kaituna awa. The zip lining was super fun! They encouraged us and made us feel safe and secure. Thank you Ollie and Nui for your amazing māhi. You both have made my experience that much more fun and special.

3 of us had a thrilling and exciting time last week doing the Zipline with Johnny and Ollie! It was fun and great to overcome some fear. Still waiting on the photos to be emailed through so I can do a post on Facebook though!

An amazing experience with friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable guides providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. While the admission cost is quite high for a family of four, the facilities are well maintained and of an excellent standard. The length of the visit was perfect and even had a tea break in the middle to try the delicious kawakawa tea. The size of the group was perfect and not overcrowded so not lots of waiting around for the children. Highly Recommended!

This zip line activity was the best fun ever. Ollie and Callum were great guides, very informative and knowledgeable of the local area and super funny with the group and banter along the way. I would highly recommend. I would like to nominate Ollie and Callum as employees of the month (not that they asked me to say this :)) - Seriously they were awesome, made us feel safe and made the activity so much fun and one of the highlights of our NZ holiday.

Absolutely wild experience and highly recommend. Our 2 guides Maria and I think it was Ellie, were patient given one of us was extremely scared of heights 🫣 The extra detail to safety was noticed along each adventure. If you're looking for a sign of this is right for you, consider this is it 😝

What an incredible day ziplining with the best guides Marie and Ella! I had the best time flying through the trees, laughing the whole way, and cheering each other on. A little bit of nerves at the start, but so much fun once we took off! Such a special adventure together, unforgettable memories and plenty of laughs.

I had a great time Ziplining. The ziplines are exiting and the guides go at your pace so you feel completely comfortable. Our guides Cullum and Ollie were very knowledgeable and funny and made the trip even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful experience with Aleese and Ellie. The girls were exceptional and helped my wife (who is scared of heights) through the challenging swing bridge . Thoroughly recommend the experience. It was also great to know we helped contribute to the planting of the native trees goal of 100,000 trees. it was also very educational on our New Zealand culture and fauna

Gorgeous, breathtaking scenery, awesome rides and experiences and great local history knowledge... The cost is very reasonable, and all photos accessible for free. We only had 2 others in our group that day, so it was a very personalised experience! The crew - Ellie & Johnny - were amazing ... and managed to be totally professional and on top of all safety, but also relaxed and engaging. They made the 2-hour experience 5 star! A cannot miss for anyone visiting Rotorua!

Blown away by both the staff and the experience itself. From the very start, when we walked in and could hear the guides laughing with each other, the vibe was standout. There’s heaps of amazing stuff to do in Rotorua but there definitely isn’t that level of warmth and service everywhere. The group of guides started to chat and hype up my Mr. 12 right from registration at the desk. Johnny and Ellie then took us into the forest and it was truly like visiting two welcoming family friends excited to share their cool ‘home’ with us. How much they genuinely love the forest, the river and the ziplines is so evident in their vibe and approach. I also really appreciate how much Rotorua Ziplines actively care & maintain the environment. They took their time, celebrated my son and every exciting, brave thing he did. I have a chronic illness and they also intuitively slowed down the walking bits in parts, allowing me to maintain my dignity but still keep up, when they noticed me struggling fitness wise. The ziplines are nestled in an amazing landscape and vary in length, speed and acrobatics; the swing bridge was not my favourite haha, but my son loved jumping, dangling and even hanging upside down, while I desperately clung to the rope and shuffled my feet. Worth every cent and more! We’ll probably return and do it again!

This was a last minute booking and ended up being the most enjoyable activity we’ve done on the North Island. Big thank you to our guides, Ellie and Rafa, who were excellent with our kids (7 & 9) and made the experience so memorable. If you have time for only one activity in Rotorua, this would be it! Excellent experience & staff were very helpful and friendly. They treated us with respect and expertly helped every step of the way. A must do as it completely made our holiday to NZ very memorable and will cherish the photos & videos for many years. Our ages 56 to 63 and not fit by any means.

The experience was exciting and enjoyable. We had two excellent guides, Ollie and Alina, who were helpful and informative. They were kind and patient with our 5 year old granddaughter and 10 year old grandson. We were told about the local flora and their traditional medicinal properties as well as the local traditions of the land and legends of the local iwis. We were thrilled with the mini aerial aspects of the zip line while being confident we were safe and secure every step of the way. All in all, well done 👍

Our guides Lotte & Rafa, were fun and energetic. Travelled as a family (2A + 2 kids) and a number of us 'nervous ones' were guided with patience and kindness. Their knowledge of the history of the area and environment made for a lovely outing. 2 hours felt a lot shorter (I checked the time ha ha)..Easy 5*

Absolutely amazing! My daughters and I had such a great time. The photos do not do it justice; the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. Ethan and Lotte were such great guides and made the whole experience so wonderful.

Maria and Ollie were amazing instructors very communicative, funny, and easy to be around. They made everyone feel comfortable and never pushed anyone who felt hesitant or scared. Such awesome guides and a great experience, especially for those who aren’t big on fear factors.

This was amazing, a top New Zealand experience for us. Our teen kids absolutely loved it as well. Everything ran perfectly and we felt totally safe and in such good hands. Special mention of our two fantastic guides Ollie and Sharpee. They were hilarious - so much fun but still completely reassuring, safe and supportive (I was the only one who needed that 🙈). They also gave us great chat about the forest, the native plants and animals and restoration work. You get to do so much more than I expected which was incredible. The views are unreal and we got absolutely amazing photos emailed to us for free afterwards which they had been snapping away for us all. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed reliving the experience today with the pics. There is also a (completely separate) great beer garden and cafe right next door for afterwards which is an added bonus.

If you come to Rotorua ,Do this!, We only did the ziplining but its recommended you do the river rafting as well , the guides knowledge of the area and their conservation efforts are nothing short of excellent, And do try the Kawakawa tea , refreshing. Big thanks to Rafa and Nui for an excellent adventure

The guides on our ziplining were educational and friendly. We had a wonderful time ziplining through the trees and over the Kaituna River.

It was an amazing experience! The facilities were in excellent condition and the guides were outstanding! (Photos were included). The scenery was gorgeous! Cruise port pick up was exactly on time. Outstanding day!

Some in our group had not zip lined before but Nui and Lex did a great job of making everyone feel safe with some interesting facts about the nature that we were walking through. Got to go backwards and upside-down which I had never done before. Highly recommend. We had arranged to get a car at the port but it didn't get delivered so we had to hire a guy at the port. Lex was so concerned that she tracked us down to give us contact info for NZ version of Better Business Bureau. We did get a refund on our car. Went white water rafting after grabbing a bite at the yummy Okere Falls Store within walking distance.

This was a fabulous experience, fun and so enjoyable. Our guides Nui and Alina were superb - making even the most scared of us feel confident to give it all a go. They are a real asset to the company. THANK YOU!

Fabulous, my sister and I did the Zip Lining with Sharpe and Rafa at 3pm. They were great guides, even though we were a tad scared to start with. Recommend it to everyone
