An amazing experience! My partner loves all animals so the chance to pet adorable rabbits while playing mini golf was a must do. It didnt disappoint. Friendly rabbits who are comfortable around people. Made her day when she had 2 eating from her hands. She liked the game too. Definitely going back again.

The course was fun. It is an 18 hole miniput but it is not a long course,i have mobility issues and found using my club as a cane and being able to sit at various spots made it easy. Loved petting the giant rabbits.
We love mini golf. This was a unique experience. The rabbits were friendly. The course , though easy was lots of fun. Beautiful setting and lots of work gone into presentation.
This was a fun activity to do as a family, well layed out mini golf, fun for the kids. They could pat some of the bunnies which were huge and fluffy Friendly staff The place is a bit dated but set up well
Was a great family game of golf and would be wonderful at night! The rabbits were all hiding away - and I don’t blame them, it was crazy busy
Excellent must do it good fun with kids.
We were so looking forward to a round of mini golf with bunnies but we were really disappointed. Over the entire course we got to see one bunny bouncing around with the runs and another hiding in the bushes. The game itself needed more holes that were related to bunnies, don’t get me wrong we enjoyed the gold but not a lot of challenges on the holes and I could see many ways to make this more interactive mini golf as advertised. There were far more pigeons than bunnies and one chook that my daughter is scared of. Come on for the price you charge you need far people to want to come back three stars is more than generous. Many other golfers were disappointed too.
It was so much fun. Didn't know what to expect, but the rabbits were so fluffy and soft. We gave up the golf after the 5th hole because we just wanted to feed and play with the rabbits. We spent the whole night laughing. It was so much fun we went back again 2 days later.
Great place to take the family. Perfect for all ages. The rabbits were a bonus for my little grand children
The bunnies were so cute, well worth a visit for animal lovers. The golf course was good too - not too difficult for our kids
It was very good we enjoyed it next time
Loads of fun, gorgeous soft fluffy rabbits, fun mini golf course. Reasonably priced and a unique experience!
For a lover of all animals but especially bunnies, this was the most amazing experience. Definitely a must do in Rotorua!
Such simple fun very well done, pleasant staff enjoyed it very much The rabbits are super cute as is the chicken Clean and tidy Loved it
Kids had a great time. A long line of people so there is a wait between holes. Seen a couple rabbits. Alot of decor to look at.
Amazing weird little place! So fun to interact with the bunnies and the playlist the had going was great. Bunnies appeared happy and well taken care of with lots of little areas to hide out if they wanted, so they did not seemed at all stressed.
It was a fun family activity, rabbits were not hoping around but it was fun spotting them under the trees instead. Woman at the desk was very pleasant too.
We were looking for something to do on our last night in Rotorua and decided some mini golf would be fun. And it was. Very well maintained and with a number of challenging holes, the fun part is the big fluffy bunnies running around. Certainly the first time the obstacles on the course hopped away! This is a great mini golf course that is family friendly and lots of fun.
Unfortunately due to weather we wernt able to play but when we called to cancel the guy on the phone was very professional and friendly. Made the cancellation and refund process a breeze.
Absolute rude lady behind the counter, rather rude to the kids. My Godson is on the spectrum..he was extremely excited as all the kids were. We were greeted with a grumpy lady that had no patience whatsoever. Nothing like the photos on the Web.
It’s a strange experience to mini golf around Rabbits but it works. My 9 year old loved it and my teens surprisingly liked the golf as much as the bunnies.
A great couple of hours for all of us, a quirky surprise. We had a 3yo and 6yo with us, who got bored of the mini golf half way through and shifted all their attention on the bunnies around the course. A nice balance of a few different things to do, so we all were entertained and stayed for about 2 hours all up. Good value.
Spontaneous visit, and despite being my first time holding a golf club, it was fun. Loved the fact that the rabbits were around while playing. Nice for a quick fun activity
We were the first people there in the morning, such a cool vibe the bunnys were awake and active, The lady at the front desk friendly and happy to help with any questions. Great experience highly recommend
We went in mid afternoon so the rabbits were a bit tired and sleeping. Still a neat experience to mini golf with them. We petted about five rabbits. The 18 hole course is quite cute!
My husband observed that Rotorua's attractions were often geared toward older kids, but mini-golf could be for all ages. My kids ages 11 and 13 actually enjoyed both the mini-golf and feeding the rabbits so much that we did it twice in the short stay we had in that town.
Long ago in the Gatlinburg TN area there was a minigolf with rabbits. This sadly closed years before I was able to visit. I thought I'd never get to experience such a quirky attraction, but I was happy to find this on my trip to NZ! The 18 hole course is penned in and contains around 8 big rabbits if I recall right. They are not shy either and we saw all of them either on a hole or near a hole, providing excellent photo ops. You can pet or feed (food sold) the rabbits, but don't pickup or harass them. They're not a prop. As for the actual minigolf experience, this is an average or a little below average set of holes. Definitely an old school style minigolf course without many notable obstacles and in ok shape. For that, I take off a star. But you are not going here for the design of the holes. You are going here for the unique experience it provides. It is well worth a visit and I recommend you stop by here for a quick 18 when you are in Rotorua.
Mini Golf with Rabbits in Rotorua is a fun experience, offering a unique twist on traditional mini golf. The course itself is fairly basic, but it's definitely charming, with some creative touches and fun holes. The real highlight is the opportunity to interact with the rabbits, however we did not see any hopping around the course. While it’s a fun activity for families or casual visitors, the course could use a bit more maintenance, and some areas may feel a little worn down. But overall, it’s a good way to spend an hour or so, especially if you're in the area looking for something different and lighthearted. Not a must-do, but a solid option if you’re looking for something easygoing.
I happened to see this spot on trip advisor and I’m so glad I did! It’s just a small mini golf place, it doesn’t take that long to get through the holes and they aren’t too challenging but we obviously weren’t there primarily for mini golf. We were there to see the rabbits and they did not disappoint! I was worried they would be hiding but we saw quite a few just lounging right on the golf greens. They were very chill and let us pet them and take pictures. You’re not allowed to hold them, but I understand why. This was such a fun add on activity, I totally recommend it!
The rabbits were very cute & yes they are aout however the day we went it was cold & a bit wet so they were huddled in their hutches
The rabbibts shown in the advert are few...there are no birds that perch on your shoulder...it's just a golf place like anywhere...nothing special...you should the name
This was an awesome mini golf course to do with the kids, we had a lot of fun! However the experience dealing with Viator (this platform, not the mini golf place!) was incredibly frustrating, I would not recommend buying passes from this platform.
We saw this on the way home and thought why not but we were shocked!!! It was so cool!! Deffo not just for kids. We went during daytime and the guy behind the till spoke very fast. You get to choose a colour ball and off you go! There's a board with all the name of the bunnies too! They lie anywhere we had one on the putting range! Please hit balls gently too!! There were so challenging holes and a section with fairylights and funky music. You can pet the bunnies and they are all snuggled up and don't mind it one bit. A really fun extra to our day!!!
We spent an amusing hour on this course with the giant Flemish rabbits being a major distraction. They were all very friendly and patient with the kids. The course was a good challenge.
We felt it was a bit expensive for what it is/was. The kids were excited about getting to feed the rabbits but when we arrived they had run out of rabbit food, and all the rabbits were full, all in or near their hatches so the kids were disappointed they didn't get to feed them and only managed to get in a few pats. The holes/numbers are are really close together so it's hard when waiting at each hole for our turn and the kiddies just found it a bit boring. I think it's to hard for smaller children as the holes are quite hard to get the ball into. The kiddies did enjoy all the little gardens, ponds, smoke and bubble machine. I think it would be really nice to go at night time and see it all lit up. Grounds seem clean and well kept. Would be a nicer experience with/for older children. All in all it was a bit disappointing and I wouldn't go back. $55 for for a family and we went for the rabbits which we didn't get to feed or see much off. Bad timing as it was busy been due to school holidays. Hope others have a better experience then we did 🙏
Went with the boy for a round of mini golf and to see the rabbits. We didn't take the mini golf too seriously as we were more interested in the rabbits. And they didn't disappoint. They were super chilled out despite being pested by lots of young children. The mini golf was OK. Had some quirky courses and loved the fairy lights. For a tight space it was OK. We were behind a family of 5 so we would wither play the holes again or just look for rabbits. Worth a visit if you like rabbits.
The best thing you’ll ever do so fun really great with family friendly staff will 1000 percent do this again you get to stroke bunnies and play golf is there anything better
3rd time here and kids still enjoy a friendly mini golf family challenge at night along with looking out for the gorgeous rabbits. Love the fairy lights and music and the rabbits!
We took our 10 year old ganddaughter on a brief holiday to the North Island of New Zealand. Her favourite experience was mini golf with rabbits! The thermal wonders of Rotorua and Maori culture were fascinating but the rabbits won her heart.
How good is a game of mini golf with some friendly Giant Flemish rabbits? Super fun!! And they are such cute interruptions when they hop across the mini golf holes - you just have to stop and say hello.
Best Mini Golf experience i ever had! The bunnies were great! The cute fairy lights at night just made it so special.
We had a fab time. It’s a tiny bit rough round the edges but more than made up for by the BUNNIES! The rabbits seem really relaxed, well cared for and happy.
Good activity, enjoyable, polite servers, cute rabbit's, not good on a rainy day, easy to find and get to from main road, definitely recommend taking kids.
Mini-golf and cute rabbits!! What more do you need? Looking for a way to burn an hour or tow (if you play twice)? The adorable and lazy bunnies will have you laughing, kids and adults alike.
The course was over very quickly, the holes are so crammed together I nearly hit the people behind us with my club whenever they would stand right behind me. The bunnies were a waste of money to be fair but they seemed looked after. The staff member was very nice though and offered us umbrellas, even though we couldn't really use them use to the cramped space.
Super fun activity with rabbits all around. Had a really lovely day! Would 100% recommend for couples and families.
The course was great fun, we went in the evening when it was dark and the fairy lights make it a great vibe! Obviously the stand out stars were the bunnies, they have hutches they can go in if they want to hide but they were all out on the course. They were all so calm and it made it so special!
My daughter got bit by rabbit nope nope over charged by booking people I'm done yo dude I'm done yo yo yo yo
So cute! What a wonderdul idea! The rabbits were adorable and friendly and the games were fun! Highly recommend!
Amazed how they have created this place, lovely garden environment , lots and lots of interesting detail. Gorgeous bunny rabbits just ignoring us! Lovely friendly staff. OH ..... and the golf was such fun too!! Have driven past 1000s of time and had no idea this treasure was hiding behind the fence.
