Wai Ora Resort is such a beautiful place, and the service was absolutely amazing. The package we booked was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the massage was beautiful and so relaxing. The food was exceptional, and the staff were so welcoming and attentive throughout our visit.
The only downside is that parts of the resort are looking a little run-down and could do with some upkeep, which is a shame because the place itself is beautiful. With a bit of TLC, it could be even more amazing. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing experience and really appreciated the fantastic food and service.
Blissfully quite, peacefull lake side walk at your doorstep....but above all that the staff are awesome friendly helpful top tier customer service

Ok of looking for am affordable room to stay. Further from town which was fine for us this tome as needed to travel towards waimana which made the location good. Outdoors could do with a revamp and clean up looking very tierd
Loved it, quiet and calming with a beautiful view. Great place for a winter getaway. Just a little bit of attention to details in the rooms would go a long way. I'll be back for sure 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
During my stay I was covered in terrible bites, which after visiting the doctor have been told are bed bugs. These bites came about during my stay at this so called resort. These bites came room reeks of chemicals, assuming it's more than just cleaning a room but likely tried using pesticides and were unsuccessful. Service was below standard and offered no solution. I overlooked many of the disappointing aspects of this place like the fact it promotes itself as a spa resort, even though many of the facilities like the steam room were not working, but warn others to opt to go elsewhere given the amount of accommodation you can choose in rotorua
